The pizza was absolutely fantastic! We are on vacation, from central MO, and were recommended to try this pizza place. Highly, highly recommended.

I have always enjoyed this pizza. I like the classic, NY style art on the wall. It gives it a big city sort of feel. The pizza is decent. It is NY style pizza for the most part. The portions are usually pretty big and the ingredients are fresh. Overall this is a good place and definitely a local stop that is worth checking out if you are downtown.

Zio's was excellent. We came in and the server was super friendly. We ordered 2 slices and a soda which was about 9 dollars which was a good price seeing as the slices are pretty big.I also ordered some 3 cheese garlic bread which was delicious! It uses their hoagie bun so I bet their meatball sandwich is stellar. The pizza was fresh and hot and tasted great. Not overly saucy and had a good crust on it.Our server was very nice and checked in twice to make sure we were happy with our pizza. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in town!

Although they are very very short staffed this establishment was very clean and still being ran in a orderly fashion..we ordered a appetizer side salad and a pizza all the food items were fresh and delicious extra kudos to the staff for making this a great dining experience..we will definitely be returning GREAT JOB ZIO'S KEEP UP THE HARD WORK !!!

The food was ok, but the service (as my only dining experience during my time in Omaha) really left a bad taste in my mouth. Over 1 1/2 hour wait at the table for our food and I ended up telling them to put it in a box Togo. Got back to the hotel and it wasn’t even the right slice that I ordered. Really bad experience. I sympathize with them being short staffed, but they should have returned to the table to tell me how long it would be when I asked repeatedly. I would have paid for the appetizer and left had i known our food wasn’t even in the oven yet. Wasted half of the night here when we could have been in the pool at the hotel.

food was mediocre at best for some weird reason they crumble the sausage up to dust size pieces. we left most food were just starving from the zoo

Went here yesterday for dinner, there was only one waitress felt bad for her. This is the worst part they brought out our pizza cold and not fully cooked. They new they screwed up because when they brought the girl said I am so sorry. They did make a fresh pizza. The service was also super slow. Might not be going back

Server was nice but food subpar. Salad tasted straight from the bag and Shrimp Delight was not delightful - a few tiny shrimp , no broccoli, and the garlic sauce barely tasted of garlic. Maybe the pizza is better, but can’t recommend the pasta.

We had a server Matthew, he was so polite, and understanding and got are order in very quickly also he made my kids feel very welcome, but I heard him being yelled at by General Manager she was using bad language and it was over the kitchen not making his food correctly and she said it was his fault, even though my wife walked by to head to restroom and heard the kitchen acknowledge they messed up the food but the manager said I don't care what they said your going to pay for it.. I work as manager at Marriott, and I told Matthew we would contact corporate, because it is very toxic environment when you yell at your employees in front of guest.

Zio's has flavorful New York style pizza in an attractive Old Market setting. Great place for lunch while walking and shopping in the area.
