Coffee flights are good, friendly staff
I don't like to give bad reviews. The staff was friendly. I got a coffee flight. The flight looked nothing like the pictures posted. No toppings, which didn't matter, but they tasted very bland. I got 4 different flavors and they all tasted the same. My friend got a coffee flight too of different flavors than me. She said the same thing. Very bland. I will try again, hopefully it's better.

I am a coffee shop fanatic and Zen is, by far, my favorite coffee shop in Omaha! I spend so much time here and am always immensely impressed! The staff are all so friendly, the atmosphere is lovely, and the menu has so many wonderful and unique drinks. Highly recommend the flights, double cups, smoothies, lavender lemonade, iced tea, and offerings on the seasonal menu!
Whoa. I've been wanting to come to Zen forever to try a coffee flight. It was amazing!! First of, great service. Next, cozy environment. For the flight I chose the Belgian waffle (hot), London Fog (hot), Vanilla Silk (iced), and lastly a Matcha latte (iced). I have to say that I usually hate Matcha... It tastes like grass to me. This one though? So delicious!!! The London Fog was one of the best I've ever had. I'll absolutely be back.
A nice coffee house to get coffee and a good study place. I love the fact that they grind their own coffee beans. They have a merchandise that one can purchase. The layout of the coffee shop is beautiful.
Zen Coffee Company is the quintessential corner coffee shop. Friendly staff, clean and a nice selection. We tried a coffee flight of mixed hot and cold coffees. Bees Knee is wonderfully floral. I recommend it. They have a lot of charging ports and plugs for phones and computers. Teas and coffee as well as toast was available.
I just recently went to Zen for the first time to meet up with some friends I hadn’t seen in awhile and I absolutely fell in the love with this shop. The atmosphere, the coffee, the pastries, the staff… it was all so perfect. The cleanliness of the restaurant was outstanding and the customer service was top notch. I will absolutely be a returning customer.
My son & I were wanting to try a new place for coffee this morning. I found this place from a Facebook group & couldn't wait to check it out. Great place to sit & relax while enjoying your coffee. We tried 2 different toast flavors & were impressed by both. Little on the more expensive side but totally worth it. I will continue to try new things here & will definitely bring my business back. Customer service was pretty good considering they were busy making orders the entire time we were here. No complaints at all.
Delicious lattes and food.Leaving four stars because I don’t get a friendly, small business vibe from the baristas. They don’t greet you. They don’t tell you where to pick up your coffee. They don’t get to know their customers.I drive 45 minutes from Iowa literally just to go to local coffee shops. Recently, I chose to try out Zen. I’ve been about 3 times and it IS delicious, but I don’t feel welcome when I come in. There is no friendly conversation. They don’t seem to want to engage with customers or answer questions, which gives it a weird vibe. The personality of the employees is just very stale.IMO, customer experience is the most important. BUT delicious lattes so….. ??♀️But CC down the street also has delicious lattes, and top notch customer service, so I may stick to where I feel welcomed.
