Picked up an order and it was as if they got it half prepared, set it aside and forgot to finish packing it up to completion. I picked up naked rolls with none of the sides or sauces. The employee handing over the bag didn't make any kind of eye contact with me or say two words to me as he just handed me my bag and clumsily tossed chopsticks inside. I am dissatisfied.
I actually thought that the rolls here were better than at Blue sushi. I got two big rolls and it was a decent presentation and quality. I wouldn't mind ordering here again. Especially since it's in a mall food court, the quality is spot on.
I usually love this place but just had a very bad experience. I ordered two bowls and a sushi roll to go online. Went to pick it up 30 minutes later and the staff gave me a bag with only the sushi. I told them I am supposed to have two bowls as well and they sent me to the back of the Saturday afternoon line and told me to wait for the rest of my order. When I got to the front of the line and started re-ordering my order they were out of half of the ingredients for my bowls. I couldn’t cancel the order at this time because I had already paid online. Very negative experience and ended up having to wait a very long time for subpar food with the wrong ingredients and not to mention my sushi roll was missing ingredients as well.
Great service. I'd never been before, so I didn't know what to expect. He guided me & the 1st bite was WOOOOOOOW! craving this ever since.
Worst sushi I've ever had. Dry, bland, small. I will never eat here again and that's sad because Blue is my favorite sushi restaurant in Omaha.

This place is the best! If you want to try it for the first time, get the crunchy blue roll. Nice intro to the wonderful world of sushi
This is the 2nd time I’ve ate here. Yesterday was better than the first time however my rolls where interesting. Some hot, some not, some stayed together some didn’t. Taste was good but I think in a hurry doesn’t work for sushi.First experience wasn’t great with service no sticks, no napkin, no soy sauce couldn’t understand him and he didn’t know how to count cash or change. Yesterday service was nice and I received a normal tray with essentials.Will come back when in a hurry but that’s it. ;)
I ordered through door dash and when it arrived, it was not right. I contacted Yum Roll via email and the owner himself answered very quickly via text wanting to make it right. He asked for my address and the General Manager actually drove the corrected items (plus a bonus app) to my house. I really appreciated them wanting to make things right, it was very good business! And the food was delicious!! Thank you!
