The truck is tucked away and a true hidden gem. I ordered the biscuits & gravy. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was delicious! It is biscuits and gravy with a Mexican twist, it taste like gravy mixed with hot sauce but it’s not spicy. The sausage is cooked to perfection and you can tell the biscuits are made from scratch. It was only $7.50 for two biscuits not counting the tip. I know they get a lot of door dash orders which can be hard on business since DD takes a percentage so if you go here you should definitely tip. The staff are friendly and my order was ready in only 5 minutes or so! I will be returning to try something else! :)
Great service and best breakfast burritos around. got up today ordered the goat for breakfast on doordash I was not disappointed at all. Potatos are also great.
The absolute best burrito I’ve ever had. That guy is the GOAT at all things edible. Seems pretty cool too.

Jon was great to work with for our private event - he answered all my crazy questions and responded quickly throughout our whole reception planning process. We already knew we loved his food but most importantly, our guests loved it too!
We had Wonton Jon’s at a party we hosted for 150 people. They were wonderful! The food was delicious, they were so easy to work with, and they were very professional with a detailed contract. I would highly recommend them!

WTJ is a different take on food, you’ll get something you think is ordinary with a great twist on it to make it unique. 10/10 love the food and the people!

I didn't realize burritos and wontons could be this good. The grilled cheese is perfectly crispy but not overly oily so you can easily eat it
