Horrible experience. Rude customer service. Rude managers. And just a wrong choice for dinner tonight. Won’t be back they need some more coaching. Or better shift managers.
Wingstop used to be one of my very regular stops, as they're a mile away from the office, and they made for a great lunch spot. However, about 5 years ago, I had a string of less than stellar experiences and I basically stopped going there. The food and service both seem to be substandard compared to what it used to be.Recently, however, I decided to give them another try, see if things had improved. So far, I've been pretty impressed. The food and the service have both been quite good in my last few trips over there. I'm not quite ready to bump them to five stars, but I've definitely been excited to see the change.
Ordered wings and had to wait over 30 minutes. When I got home I realized they weren't even the right kind of wings, Was told I would have to drive the 30 minutes back to the restaurant with the food to receive the refund. So an hour of driving (there and back) just to be refunded for food I didnt order. When I arrived I had to stand around for 10 minutes because the manager had gone missing and he was the only one who could offer refunds. No compensation for the wasted time or gas. Check your food after you wait forever and be prepared to wait forever again to get the correct food you ordered.
Ordered online carryout on a wednesday. Food was ready in time or even early. Estimate was 28-33 min. These wings were the best i have had in quite a while! First time at wing stop for me. I had the hawaiian chicken tenders and buffalo wings traditional and boneless. Get me some !!!
The food here is always on point and there's not much of a wait time. They said 30 minutes but we had our food in 15.
This is the 1st time I visited wing stop and it’s an worst experience. I waited for 40 minutes just for wings. The fries were totally over cooked, sweet and the wings were worst. I really hated this. I will never go back there.
Ordered delivery for dinner and it was pretty good. Kind of cold by the time we got it and the voodoo fries didn't have as much sauce as usual.Still a filling dinner, so not too bad. I definitely recommend the lemon pepper dry rub and the mango habanero sauce ?
The chicken was over cooked, as such it was hard like wood, the sause/seasoning was overwhelming that we can’t eat it all all ? Both chicken and fries seems like it was thrown in the container like trash! Disgusting! Very messy!
