Disappointed with take out we scheduled a pick up time and arrived 5 mins early food was already waiting. Very cold when we got it home. Fries, onion rings, and pickles were undercooked! No care was taken with packaging it seemed like they tossed the food in the boxes. We ordered 35 wings and got 1 small container of ranch and 1 small blue cheese. Not sure how that works for 5 people. We usually enjoy eating at wings and rings. But NEVER again for take out. It costs to much to eat out and not get any where near what you paid for!
Decided to stop for dinner with the wife. Our waitress was ok just pretty slow for amount of people in at the time. Next I have to say the boneless wings are not wings just chopped white breast meat. Wife was disappointed as I. Next a waitress spilled half bowl of stuff on floor as she was delivering the order. Feel sorry for that customer who's out half they're order. But the spill was never cleaned up!!!!
Went in at 6pm on Monday night. The restaurant wasn't even half full. After I placed my order for my drink, it took 15 minutes to get the said drink delivered to the table. My friend and I both ordered appetizers, I ordered pretzel bites and my friend ordered the pickle chips. 20 minutes later, we received only the pickle chips. We assumed the pretzel bites would be on their way soon. Thinking that, we ordered our wings and waited. As we looked at the plated of pickles, there was maybe 12 pickle chips on the plate the size of nickles. I wish we would've gotten a picture of our food since there was more empty space than food. 30 ish minutes go by and we get our wings. That looked like cheap chicken strips with just a little sauce on top. We ate the food and left. I made sure not to get charged for the pretzel bites that never came. The next day both of us got sick from the food. And are still dealing with the aftermath of this terrible meal. The only positive was getting seated right away. I wish that we could leave zero stars but sadly we are not allowed to. Do not recommend unless you want to cleanse your system.
My chicken sandwich was delicious and I really enjoyed the bourbon bbq sauce. My husband was disappointed by his wings as well as the lack of sauce. Our service was lacking. The server was working hard but had way too many tables and I felt badly for her.
Well…..don’t come for the wings! Not great , not good , not even average.I’m written this review as i wait for the waitress to return with the bill. I have not seen her in 15 minutes. Not the best service either! And 50% of the tv’s are not on. It’s a Saturday at 1pm. So just sayingThe wings are at least big in size but thats it. 10 wings $14 so i guess they should be large, but really the taste was just lacking everything.Close to the worst wings ever and the ranch is on the same level.Yeh fried pickles were not good either. Not a fan of deep fried items that come to the table pale in color. They needed to be more friedKeep searching for another place to eat. Trust me
Absolutely a Charlie foxtrot for a place. I I went in and the manager waited on me and she was clueless. I had to repeat my order numerous times and when she repeated it back she continued to get it wrong. When it was time to actually pick up my order half of it was correct and the other half was someone else’s. The young lady at the front was doing her best however the training is subpar. The manager snapped at her and asked where my ticket was so that she could verify it. And the young lady at the front said it’s in the back in the kitchen because we messed up his order. There was no offer of refunding money or giving a free dessert or a small token of appreciation.
The wings were dry. The sauce was poured over the wings after they were cooked, rather than being tossed in a bowl with the sauce. The chili Thai sauce was too sweet. The service was terrible. It took us 2 hours to get out of there for a party of 5 when they were only half full of customers.
If you're ready to have all other wing places ruined for you then Buffalo Wings and Rings on L street in Omaha is definitely for you. When picking any other wing place you're always faced with the challenge of: "Do I want quality sauce and smaller wings or quality wings and basic sauce?" and some wing places have started charging anywhere from $1-$2 per wing! This place is the exception. Consistent quality with their food, wing sauce, and generous wing size every single time. Their ingredients are fresh, the wait is short, and the portions are very generous for the price. Entrees are served on dishware when dining in and the wait time is short enough to stop in for lunch. I recommend this place every time to anyone visiting the Omaha area.10/10 would recommend
We ordered from here for the very first time tonight. We ordered 3 appetizers to go. Order placed at 6:13pm online. The order said will be ready by 6:37. We waited around until 7:45pm without receiving our order and ticket showing they voided the order in an attempt to refund us. Very disappointing for a very first time visit.
The food was excellent. Our waitress Andrea was a.azing very helpful wit drink a d food suggestions, since we were first timers. Will definitely go again.
