I ordered ahead of time online to ensure i had enough time to eat during my lunch break, pick up was at 1:05pm under my name. When I arrived i was told someone else had already picked up my order. I was offered no apology. They remade my sandwich which took the entirety on my break. The sandwich was sloppy and contained ingredients i did not ask for. I am really disappointed. I don’t know how to go about getting a refund.ps- the location on 114th is really hot, couldn’t stand to be in there.
I have been going to this location (and others around the country) for years.Today's visit was the first in about a year.While the staff (2) were friendly and helpful the food was TERRIBLE.Got build your own with no meat. On 1/2 of my sandwich was 1 tiny slice of what looked like from a cherry tomato. The other pieces on the other 1/2 looked like the dregs. The olives were hard as rocks and the pickles were too thick and hard as well. Asked for oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and seems none of those made it in as well.Simply not worth the price and threw it away after 1 bite.I will be hard pressed to go there again and am very sad as the whole fam would go there fairly regularly pre-pandemic.I will post photos too.
Literally the worst sandwich place in all of Omaha!!!! Save yourself the disgust. Staff hates their life and there jobs so they take zero pride in their work. Not sure who manages the place but what a nightmare. The worst 21 dollars I’ve spent on a sandwich place in my life. Ten thumbs down ??
Ordered sandwiches online and they were very good. Could improve the estimated time as well as the customer interaction after entering the store. Estimated time was 20 minutes, arrived after 20-25 minutes but order hadn't been started yet. Although it was evident the sandwich preparer was very busy (and very good), recognition of the delay by the cashier did not occur. We may enjoy Which Wich again but maybe during a less busy time of day.
I love this place it's such a good alternative to Subway, little King, etc. They have their own little style and I think it works really well.i also like the way you mark all your sub choices, and you want on your sub. hand it to the cashier and you don't have to go through the whole order, you know it's going to be exactly the way you want it everytime.
This is our favorite sandwich shop and we went on 03/08/2022 at 7:30pm. Opened the door and the girl said they were closed. Funny how the door said they closed at 8pm. Very disappointing
The guys up there are phenomenal Superior Sandwiches is definitely right on with what they provide and their service is exceptional! Each time I get my sandwich I love it every time a little more!!!!!
went in for a sandwich yesterday. got a small and paid about $8 for it. i decided i wanted to eat it for lunch today so i kept it in the fridge over night. i opened it to eat and the ham was a gross purple brown color, the bacon was not cooked and also had a strange color. i had gotten avocado which was smashed and was also brown. i asked for double cheese and got none. asked for cucumber and got none. usually i would be okay with this if they were busy but i was the only customer and when i walked in there were just workers sitting around doing nothing, pretty disappointing.
I cannot express how delighted I was to find out that there was still a Which Wich located in Omaha!I showed up 10 minutes after opening and they were understandably not busy. The employees were super helpful and friendly- even when I forgot about the QR code for my points. The food smells amazing and tastes even better. The cookie is this HUGE thing bigger than my hand.A delicious lunch, any day of the week!
Friendly service! Amazing sandwich! I got the garden party with avocado, cucumber, red onion, ice berg lettuce, melted smoked provolone and sauce on wheat, BOMB! I devoured my large sandwich like it was nothing. They hooked it up! Thanks ladies! I didn’t get their names but, they were all sweet and chill!
