Disappointed. Food took forever, was cold. Got order wrong. Had no clue what cocktails were on the menu. Bad 1st impression for me! Wont be back.
I'm sure the food might be decent, if it came out when it was done and in any reasonable amount of time. It was not very busy and we watched out food sit for ten or more minutes after being done. Then watched it come out. And you guessed it, cold. I would pass. There are better options out there in about every way in every category.
My burger buns were completely soggy. The jalapeños was just some sauce and there was a paste that I don't know what it was.The fries were cold. And for some reason the wings were breaded and bone in. Made it a very odd texture that was also soggy
I love Wahlburgers but this location just didn't bring the Wahlburgers feel for me. I was really excited to get a Jenn's Chicken sandwich but I was disappointed when the chicken was very dry.
Tried Walhburgers for the first time today. So disappointed, our burgers were barely warm and my friends salad was not at all what she ordered. The server was nice and took it back and made it right but it took quite a while. It was not busy at all so really no excuse for bad food or how long everything took. It looked like the food had been sitting for a while before getting to us. It's very expensive and absolutely not worth it. There are too many good places in Omaha for good burgers to even want to give this a second try. I don't think the Walhburger`s would be happy if they were aware of how their restaurant is going at this Hy-Vee.
Been to this Wahlburgers many times already, and it's fantastic all around! Food comes out very quickly, and is hot and fresh. Tastes just like if it came from any of their brick and mortar locations around the country. Service was helpful and on point. Puts the other locations in Omaha to shame! Paul and Mark would be proud.

First review and I wish It could be a better one for this place but it’s not. This place was clean, only positive. Liz one of the servers is NOT friendly at all, very rude. Brought my daughter in for lunch but ordered Chinese from the little buffet outside and just sat in walburgers to eat. Asked her if i should leave my container on the table or throw it away because I didn’t know if the trash can would fit the container because the trash can looked smaller. She said rudely “I’ll take it, that’s what it is for and grabbed my container from me and just walked away.” My 6 year old said “well she wasn’t very nice mama” I’ve been to one other Walburgers and it was awesome, food service and all!
I have always wanted to come try this place. The Wahlburgers are great people. They donate to veterans. Hats off to the Wahlberg’s and much success with your locations
