Walked in 9 minutes before close on Friday after arriving in Omaha and was greeted with a smile by the friendly employee behind the counter. They were efficient with our order and even brought it out to where we were sitting. Tipped extra for the late entrance for sure. Great experience!
This place is great I love the menu! My only complaint is it is ridiculously cold in there and I do mean ridiculously!!! I almost didn't order the smoothie because I was so cold I was shaking and no longer desired a cold drink. The one out southwest is nowhere near that cold!
I was at the Aksarben location this morning and my wife and I called ahead of time to ask about some milk options and the young man who answered the phone, Christian, was very helpful and went over the top to get me what I wanted. Everything tasted great and every time we requested something whether it was extra or a new order he was happy to do it and the other employees seemed great! If he isn’t a lead or manager, I think he would make a great one! Will be returning!
Homegirl at the register needs to work on her customer service skills. I work next door, order very frequently, and have never been treated poorly from anyone till today. Will not be coming back.
I am allergic to peanut butter and ordered almond butter in my vitality bowl. They gave me peanut butter and I had to go to the hospital and almost died.This is not all true. I am not allergic to peanut butter but they did give me peanut butter instead of almond butter. If I was however allergic to peanut butter I could have died. so thanks for trying to kill me vitality bowls.I do love vitality bowls when they get my order right so don't take this too seriously.
Terrible bland insipid smoothie. My wrap had undercooked rice and potatoes they were really crunchy. Couldn't even finish the food. Waste of $40 dollars.
Awesome new spot in Omaha!! I love a good smoothie or acai bowl and these taste real without all those added sugars. I highly recommend! My favorite smoothie is the matcha madness!
Today was my first time and everything was amazing. Very healthy. As a type 1 diabetic it’s hard to find healthy and tasty but I was very impressed. Staff is great also
I went here for lunch recently and really enjoyed my meal. I had the warrior bowl, it was a good value and I felt full and energized after eating it. I would have given them 5 stars, however, my bowl was supposed to come with broccoli and it only came with one small piece, otherwise my meal was satisfactory.
New menu took away all the good items. I think it honestly took away all items. Tried the chimichurri steak wrap........ Not pleased. Used to order from here 4 times a week. I will no longer be eating at vitality bowls. Thanks for the great food in the past.
