When they first open and the line was around the corner the chicken did not taste the same, but once the lobby open the chicken is on point, one request can yall please not have the peppers pre pack by the time the customer get it the peppers are dried out, plus it doesn't take that long.
Pretty extreme with their mask ? requirements, if they’re wearing a mask they should be safe right? ? Plus a 64” plastic window. ?♂️ Chicken is the best in Omaha. Grab some wings and you’ll be good to go.
If I had a last meal it would be Time Out fried chicken. Id use its amazing powers to escape, prove my innocence, then go back to Time Out to thank them and order more chicken. 3pc with fries and potato salad.
Couldn't wait to bite that chicken!! Its about 20yrs for me. I just came back home and was happy to see they were still there! Still great chicken!
I haven't been to Time Out for awhile as I live quite a ways but it was my birthday & I wanted so good chicken. When I went to eat it at home, the crunchy outside skin was SPICY. And some of it was on the inside of the chicken too, so I couldn't eat it. ? I also got a piece of pecan pie which was delicious.
It was hot & fresh. Crispy ? always scores ponts with me. And the wings are big whole wings. The hot sauce was missing something so it didn't really add to the flavor. Texas Pete Hot sauce has definitely changed over the years. I've been hearing about this place for years from my husband who was born and raised in Omaha so I had to make sure to give it a try to the Home Grown ?Spot! ?
After waiting for 10 minutes JUST to order, and spending $28, my food was cold, hard and old. They gave me food that had been sitting under a lamp. This is why I don't eat there. They would rather make a profit than serve fresh food. My boyfriend wanted it and that I the only reason I went. Now he doesn't want it anymore either. This is sad!
Went through the drive-through and got a pretty big order. I waited very little and had a friendly chat with the lovely lady working the window. Food was hot and delicious, as usual.
Best chicken wings in Omaha. Timeout had been around forever and I can say has started consistent with the quality of food you get. Their closed Sunday and Mondays and open from 10:30-6:00 pm. If you have not been there before you have to try their double cheeseburger, crinkle fries, strawberry soda and of course fried chicken wings. Timeout does sell other pieces of chicken but their wings are big and always good. The dining room is closed and they only allow six people in the lobby at a time due to covid and they require mask.
The best chicken in Omaha and of course you have to try a turnover. One of my director s at work said this food is life changing! LOL
