Timber Creek's cauliflower crust Sweet Chili Pizza is truly tasty. My gentleman and I are on strict Keto diets. We've been missing pizza bad! Now we can have a yummy variety of pizza whenever we want. The servers & owners are so nice too
I've tried Timber Creek twice now to go. First was pizza in the middle of COVID, which was okay. Second were the wings which were pretty lackluster. I asked for extra wet and they came out pretty tough. Fries were plain. Prices are reasonable.
This spot used to be my go to and I am very saddened to see how the quality, atmosphere and service has gone downhill. Went to celebrate last night and with a near empty dining room it took 10 minutes to be seated. This while what I believe the bus boy was standing at the host table in plain site texting and the host had to clean off a table. Our server was sweet but she seemed very intent on getting us our check at the soonest possible moment and couldn’t remember our drinks (their were only 4 of us). Food wise; it was just not good. The Korean meatballs which used to be a staple; were over cooked, dry and lacked sauce. My pizza, the “ole standby” on cauliflower crust was average at best and used to be my weekly “go to”. The tacos were not good (yeah I know, tacos in a pizza joint….). I’m just so bummed at the downturn of this fun little restaurant that was once a fun, delicious, place that knew their customers!
We finally made it out to try this new spot and it didn’t disappoint. Elly, our waitress, was excellent and so was the food. I got the BLT with sweet potato fries. Generous portions and tasty too! We will be back.
Got there before happy hour ended but got charged full price for our beers. Order the upset grizzly bear pizza with peppers on half and got charged for a build your own pizza price. The waitress did not inform us that it would be more expensive to have peppers on just half the pizza.
Nice spot for creative pizzas and wings. We got the Rancher pizza (crust was light and fluffy) and 1.5lbs of garlic parmesan wings. Wings are slightly chard on the grill, which both my wife and I love. Great selection of local beers on tap and a big selection of bourbon. We will be back, several other pizzas we want to try with different peppers and cream cheese. Plus I really want to try their smoked old fashioned.
Terrible service!!! Super slow and the bartender struggled!!! We had to ask multiple times for 1 drink!!!
Not sure if Timbercreek has new management but some things have changed over the last few months. Twice recently the salt& pepper shakers & menus are sticky/dirty. Pointed it out to wait staff & both times they acknowledged it but did nothing about it. There shoestring onion rings are my favorite but the $9 appetizer has shrunk to half the size it used to be. If you go don't take a seat by their windows. Very cold & drafty.
First time here. Friendly staff and fellow patrons. Service was quick and food was delicious. The bacon smoked gouda artichoke dip was amazing.
Normally I am very forgiving with mistakes when it comes to the service industry being I work in it myself. However, this weekend was unlike any other experience. This place has been notorious for having very poor phone etiquette. When it's busy, they don't even both picking up in bound calls for new orders. This weekend I decided to order online and order delivery. Based on my experience the delivery service goes through GrubHub, which I rarely order delivery, but did so for the convenience this time. The food was delivered at the approximate delivery time, which was great. However, that was the only positive. After immediately placing my order online, I got a call directly from the restaurant stating a duplicate order came in under a different name with my exact order. I confirmed my name and that all the items they read me were correct. What arrived on my porch was not. So, I called the restaurant explaining what had happened and got the absolute run around. My wife ended up driving the incorrect order back to the store as we simply wanted the correct food. While there, they decided to tell her it was GrubHub's fault we got the wrong food. The employee told me to call GrubHub to get it handled. I explained that this was not GrubHub's fault as the wrong food was handed to GrubHub. They kept telling me that in order to get a refund, I had to call GrubHub. I did not want a refund. I simply wanted the correct food, which had already been paid for, but I guess that was too much to ask.Again, being in the service industry has given me a more gracious perspective in these circumstances, but this is clearly a training issue from the top down. When you have people calling into your business that want to order food, but don't have the ability to simply answer the phone and ask the customer to please hold, is mind blowing. The food is normally worth the inconvenience, but it's not any longer. It seems whenever there is an issue it's a pass the buck mentality and no accountability is taken. I honestly felt bad for the high school hostess who is on the brunt end of a lot of these complaints.
