It’s very surprising by this place has 4.7 stars. The beers are awful. It was evident some were fermented with the oft-putting taste that only happens from fermenting at incorrect temps. The space was cute. It’s rare I don’t finish a beer but this place got me to bend that rule. If you like ambiance and don’t have a refined palate, enjoy. If not, save your money.
Quick stop into Thunderhead as I explored the Old Market area. The space is cool. I'm a big fan of the older buildings. Lots of interior area and large patio to hang out on. They're was only 1 person working and he seemed... flustered or something. The beers were ok. Nothing really stood out as over the top for me.

Good experience at the thunderhead.The vibe is decent with a large outdoor patio.Only one person was working serving 20 people but he was doing a good job.We got a flight. It was hot and before my trip back home, I need a cold one. There wasn’t a crowd, but it was early. I wasn’t sure what to have but trusted the staff with their suggestions. I wish I should’ve saved the name because my beer was perfect and crisp. It was one of the locals, of course. But perfect. Great staff and great atmosphere.

Seltzer’s served over ice is stupid. Serve your seltzers the same way 100s of breweries across the country do; without ice. This watered-down seltzer was the worse one we had in Omaha.
