While our dine in experience was good, our experience with the office/business staff was terrible. They overcharged us although we had paid previously. When asked , they wouldn’t just refund our credit card that they just overcharged; insisted on refunding our PayPal we paid in advance and 2.5 weeks later we’ve yet to see a refund. In efforts to contact them I’ve left 3 voicemails and sent 4 emails only to be returned with rude, condescending staff with zero apologies. They are very difficult to deal with, so make sure you’re aware before you invest in any prepaid events with them!!!
