Great food and service. Will be going back.
First of all, we had spectacular service. We had great appetizers and drinks. This is a perfect place for a date night or going for happy hour with friends. Would love to come back and try some of the entrees. Thanks again for making my wife's birthday feel special during times like this.

We went for dinner with friends. All 4 of us had exceptional food. Our server was attentive and we felt our experience was outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend The Collins to friends. I had the Salmon dinner and it was cooked to perfection.
Had a great birthday gathering for my kiddo. Service was very attentive. Drinks menu was excellent. I had the bourbon filet and my wife had the chimichurri steak. Both were outstanding. My wife wasn't thrilled about her side but I had a TON of amazing garlic mashed potatoes so she was happy. We were inside but they also have a nice patio as well. Overall an excellent experience. Would definitely go again.
The wife and I found this steak place in the Old Market in Omaha. We thought it would be a great place to eat since I positively love steak! We were pretty hungry too so we were pretty excited to indulge in some steaks! Unfortunately the steaks weren't all that great. They weren't horrible but they didn't really have much flavor to them and weren't that juicy. We will have to try another steak place next time.
First off the service! Kurt may be the best server in Omaha. I'm not exaggerating! Second if you don't try the bruschetta you are missing out. This isn't that crunchy crispy croutons with pico you're used to. This is legit one of my favorite appetizers and will come back just to get it. Then to get to the dinner. Kurt brings me out a massive steak, and brings my wife a wonderful looking piece of salmon. Both were cooked to perfection. I have nothing but great things to say about The Collins and this place is worth a try!
