Ordered poutine to decide whether or not to eat dinner as the folks next to us didn’t sound thrilled with their meal. Fries & poutine came out cold. Gravy on side was hot.Asked if that was normal waiter said well no, but the cheese was melted so they were hot at one point?Waiter Stuck same fries in oven for us for 2 min & came out a hot plate- Luke warm & 3/4 cold fries.Not much better. 4 cheese curds chunks melted on a plate of fries. Did not offer to remake & after we asked for the reheat waiter seemed to avoid us. We went to bar to check out as waiter didn’t return.
We had a reservation for 15-18 people at another restaurant in Benson for our daughter's 21st birthday . We showed up and they did not have our tables reserved (even though they were made 2 weeks ago and we had an email confirmation). The person at the front just kept saying that he was sorry that this reservation wasn't communicated to him and there was nothing he could do. I asked him if he could suggest another place in the area that might be able to accommodate our party (since we had people that were already en route) and he said no....not empathic and not willing to do anything to make the situation better.Luckily we walked into Taco Co. and it was a completely different experience.Here is the review that I posted for them: I spoke to Bailey and told her the situation. Even though they were extremely busy, she told us that she would make room for our party so that we could celebrate with our daughter and friends. She gave us a timeline, made a suggestion about where we could go until our table was ready, and even held our centerpiece for us, which was very much appreciated. Once we were seated, we had an amazing night. Ryan, our waiter, was TERRIFIC, fast service, friendly and a lot of fun! Food and drinks were fantastic and everyone had a great time. Bailey and Ryan, you saved our celebration - thank you both so much and everyone in our party was also grateful and plans to return in the near future!!In the end, we found a new favorite restaurant!
Quickly seated on a Sunday evening. Very good waitress, attentive, friendly, informative. Sprouts were unique and yummy. Memorable because of the oranges, which lightened the dish. Pretzels were warm and soft with a sharp quest dipping sauce. We enjoyed them. I had the house salad, which was very large, but had great veggies. My husband had the pork tenderloin. He liked it - interesting with mushrooms on it. Beer and cocktails were excellent. Happy with our experience and recommend!
Really enjoyed my dining experience here. The location is beautiful and the food and drinks selection is great. You have to try their brews here since they make them in-house. I got the Mac n’ Cheese with bacon added which I highly recommend. Will definitely come again.
Got in around 8:40 they aparantly close their kitchen at 9 which is odd for a bar but ok. They closed their kitchen prematurely and we ended up having to leave after placing our order. On top of that our waiter was really rude to us she kept trying to hurry us out even though the bar closes at 11. Also they dont have menus which really sucks. One of those qr code places.

This was a lively place on a Saturday night. But not busy enough that I couldn't get a seat at the bar. The bartender (Monica? ) was friendly and attentive. I got. a cream ale that was okay - could have used a little more body for a cream ale. The cubano sandwich was really good and the fries were tasty.The sandwich made me so full that I didn't have room for another beer. Maybe next time, and there will be a next time!
Excellent service, great beer, quality food!The variety of beers was nice- something for everyone and not too funky or odd but still interesting enough for any craft beer aficionado.I recommend the pretzel bites and any of the burgers. Both are excellent pub food and high quality. You will not be disappointed.
Great selections. Met the owner, was nice and gave a good IPA recommendation. Their happy hour specials are awesome! Will be back ?
