Love working here as the Event Specialist Coordinator, Love to make those Birthday Kids events worth while. Love walking out of the office and the first thing you see is children and parents having fun together and having a blast. you don't see that anymore and this place gives the opportunity for families to spend quality time together. Just have fun. The buffet is delicious. My kids love it here. Every time my husband and kids drop me off at work here. They want to come in and play and eat :) best place ever!
Great place for the family. Totally worth it with the all you can eat. Plus you have different options on how long you wish to play which is perfect. You can do all day passes or less. Staffing was very nice and helpful. Some of the games weren’t working but they were very quick to come and help and fix the issue. I highly recommend this place.
I was immediately shocked on the size of this place oh, it is huge! This obviously was our first time there and it was a blast l, granted nobody likes to pay to play but we did and you have to buy the buffet for all parties that are three years or older. Also be careful and pay attention as to which package deal you buy when entering cuz it's hard to explain to a three-year-old if it's labeled as a "prize game" and then can't play it because you didn't buy them biggest package they have to offer. Two hours of unlimited games was fun once I figured out how to swipe it correctly. I also dont think we should have purchased our own 2 hrs cards cuz we didn't consider how much we would be using the little kiddos cards most of the time anyway. We all had a jolly great time tho! From rides, games, go karts, and prizes. To bumper cars and buffet there truly is alot to do for any age.
It's a great place honestly. Sometimes things don't work, but the staff are attentive and will try and solve your problems.No one comes here for the quality of food, but it's not bad.Video games are great and my wife is oddly good at winning tickets.
The Pizza Machine is always one of my sons favorite places to go. They have a great combination of games for all ages to entertain small children to adults. The food is good for the price, very similar to what used to be Valentinos buffet. I know that my son is going to eat the food and have fun, which makes it a nice family outing to go on. I think that everything is always kept clean, especially for how busy they can get. I've always had a great experience every time I've gone.
We had such a great experience and cannot wait to come back! Only thing to say negatively is the line for the ticket prizes goes very very slow. Other than that it's a worthwhile experience!
Pizza machine today was a madhouse. I really felt bad for all the staff that were working. Everybody stayed busy and they were on their toes nonstop. The food was mediocre. The pizza was incredibly salty. It had so much salt content in it that you can hardly taste the different flavors or varieties that they offered. Both my wife and I agreed that it was definitely off. As far as other selection they were very minimal. To add there was so many people there at the Buffay area look like a bomb went off or there was a massive food fight. Seating was very limited. The staff cannot keep up with keeping the tables cleaned. There was food debris on tables on floors and on counters. They were spilled drinks everywhere so you really have to be careful where you were stepping. The salad bar was a complete mess. The arcade was where we spent most of our time. The games were fun and we enjoyed the wide variety. We must’ve hit it on a heavy day that was combined with minimal staff. I’ve seen better days there. Hopefully once the economy start swinging up and stuff and levels start swinging up things can improve. Otherwise, I would side with caution when returning.
I haven't been here in years! Since I was a kid so revisiting it with my four year old was definitely an experience! A few of the games didn't work but other than that we had an absolute blast. Will be back, far better than Chucky cheese . We had a blast with the giant pacman game!
