My group "The Wine Moms" was celebrating a birthday. Upon arrival one of our group members was treated rudely by the manager as to where our party could sit. I ordered a red blend bottle of wine which was served warm. I asked for a chiller that was never delivered. Since it was happy hour until six, some in our group wanted to order more than one drink at a time. They were denied and told you must finish what you have before ordering another. We had to ask for our separate checks. I was overcharged $8 for my bottle of wine on my initial bill. This was corrected. Service and management need a major improvement; however, the food was good. I won't be going back. ?
I arrived for the last few minutes for happy hour. I got a couple great old fashioneds and the green chili chicken burrito. It was so tasty and packed with chicken I wanted to finish it but couldn't. The bacon wrapped jalapenos were also wonderfully smokey. A great way to start off a great night!
Wow! Awesome happy hour drink deal. Also had a steak and mushroom enchilada. So good! Full of tender brisket.
I hate doing this one start review. But we were not treated nicely by our server Shay. My boyfriend and I work Monday through Saturday all day. We find ourselves exhausted to go out and have a nice sit down meal. Today was different, we wanted to grab a nice Mule and salads to eat, so we chose this place for it. I picked the wedge and my boyfriend picked the Caesar. At the moment to eat our salads my boyfriend asked me to taste his because it had a very strong unknown flavor to it. I said it was anchovies. We told Shay, we we sorry but my boyfriend did not like his Caesar salad. She made us feel very uncomfortable with her response “you can’t tell me you haven't had a Caesar salad without anchovies.” Maybe we didn’t know it was going to be strong flavored. We apologize once again. What made us more uncomfortable was her disrespectful action to go to a booth were the manager was sitting We could hear everything she was saying. Her voice is loud.We asked for our check. Ready to leave. We were over our visit, I’m sorry but we didn’t like the salad and by how you treated us, we we’re wondering if she was okay. She was mad at us. I’m not sure why. She yelled the managers name from our table to come fix the check “this is the table I was telling you about, he didn’t like the salad”I hope she’s okay. But I am not okay with this.No server should treat guest like that. And she should not talk to her manager the way she did.
I go here with two girlfriends pretty often. We love the happy hour food and drinks. Staff are amazing and always cheerful and attentive.
I wish I could say we enjoyed our time. We got seated but then waited an hour and 40 minutes for our food to come out. Food was made wrong and had to be sent back. The drinks we ordered…was there even tequila In it? Certainly didn’t taste like it. The food was okay, but nothing to write home. We were charged incorrectly for food. They charged us extra for items we didn’t know they would charge extra for. Being a server myself In the past, I was always transparent about up-charges to items. The service itself was horrible. We rarely saw our server. We waited so long on our drinks to be delivered. It overall was just not a good experience and I will definitely not come back, nor will I recommend it to others.
Got seated at 7:40 and did not get our food til 9:20. Btw they close at 9:00. We waited an hour for our appetizers, drinks were not filled and did not get our cocktails without asking for them twice. This went on the whole time we were waiting for our food. Barely got any service or attention. Waitress was no where to be seen the whole time. By the time we got our appetizers they were Completely cold! Food took and extra 40 mins to get. The manager came out and said he was going to comp the meal but the waitress still gave us a bill. I was dumb founded to say the least. I was so shocked they even had the nerve charging us for extremely poor service and waiting for hour and a half for our food, after the manager came over to say he was going to comp the meals !? This was the first time and the only time I will ever go there. I do not do many reviews but this takes the cake on how dissatisfied I have ever experienced service. The waitress even said I’m surprised you guys haven’t even walked out !
Great place to get some drinks and some unique Mexican/Midwest cuisine. The service was outstanding, the waiter was attentive despite having several tables. The selection of cocktails and beer was above board. I personally had the brisket and mushroom enchiladas which was a fantastic dish, a departure from typical enchiladas for sure, but definitely one of the best I've had. Enjoy!
Never been here before and wanted to try it out, my wife ordered the nachos and they didn't taste great but they weren't terribly bad. My meatloaf from hell came out and it was so bad those nachos started to taste good.Needless to say, we won't be returning!
We had Sunday brunch for the first time today, and it was so delish! Our server was very helpful & attentive, without hovering. She recommended the banana bread French toast and it was AHHHmazing with the bananas & caramel! Also had the breakfast tacos & mimosa flight. Everything was so yummy.
