I live 60 miles from this site and one out if two coffees was not made to the standard I'm used to. Something that has carmel in it should have a taste of carmel. I was given a plain black coffee. But, the people were nice enough.

I'm never going back. Angie, the manager, was so rude to her staff, it was awful to see! Why would anyone treat anyone that way?

I’m a very understanding person when it comes to a job that gets busy because of early morning hours and the rush. But when you make an order over 30 minutes ahead of your arrival time (even though you live 5 mins down the street) because you know they have run late many times before, that maybe this one time, in hopes it will work out better. But yet again, I’m still waiting 10 minutes past the “pick up time” in store. I’m just wondering when this specific Starbucks employee’s are going to work together to make things run on time smoothly for customers. The service is not acceptable.. Especially when there were over 10+ customers waiting already before me.

This location needs to work on its customer service. “We’re closed!” in a snarky tone is what you can expect when you pull up through the drive-thru at this location. I understand having a frustrating day, but if you’re that miserable that you can’t fake politeness for a couple minutes, or at least get someone else to be on the speaker, maybe it’s time to consider a job that isn’t customer-facing.

I love their online order options. Makes it go so much faster.

So I am having the worst day and decided to get a nice pick me up drink- unfortunately the drink I wanted they were out of a few key ingredients which is just my luck today. I ended up going with my blended espresso and the cashier (Ashton) hands my drink and tells me to stay safe and go in peace as he handed me my drink. I'm sure it doesn't seem like much but it was so nice to have expirenced such a positive vibe from a complete stranger. I love Starbucks and this is now one of the reasons I will continue to be back ♥️

At the drive through on Sunday 10/10. It was around 610am. All lights were on for the menu. I waited and no one took my order. Another car pulled behind me so I drove to the window. 3 employees are inside working. Two notice me and continue working. I assumed they needed to finish doing what they were working on and would come to the window. I sat there for a few more minutes while they looked over at me at least two more times. I now have two more cars behind me waiting to try to order at the window as well. I look up their hours to investigate why they are ignoring us. They open at 630am. I found it incredibly rude to not acknowledge your customers and let us know you are closed when all lights are on including the drive thru menu lights. At the very least come over and say the business hours, turn your menu lights off and don't just keep looking over to see if I've left yet.
