This location is my favorite! They are so kind & speedy service every day.
We stopped to get ice tea and lemonade. They had very good tea and lemonade. Service was just okay, with the staff trying to decide who was going to wait on us. After they decided someone from the corner came and waited on us. They employees up front were to busy talking .

Just know no matter how early you make your mobile order, it will not be ready when you get there. Count on extra time if you’re headed to work and also count on your order being a slight variation of what you ordered. I started going to the 86th location because of it and had to use the 114th this morning and instantly regretted it.
One of your locations, 114 and dodge, needs some training. First experience was when I was waiting for my drink (pink drink w light ice and no inclusions) and a barista was talking crap about the drink. Asking loudly “why don’t they want inclusions?! How weird” This second time I was in the drive through and waiting at the window and the employee loudly stated “why are we getting busy?!” It just makes me think and feel that my business is not wanted. Unsure if others have had this issue but it needs to be addressed.
Stopped in around 4:00pm on a Sunday 4/3/22, for a pike and a mocha frappuccino. The pike was cold, as if it was from that morning and mocha Frappuccino did not have any coffee, it was bland. When I asked the barista, she just shrugged her shoulders and didn’t care. I ended up throwing away the Frappuccino. The lack of care for good customer experience from this crew was very disappointing.
Have been getting coffee at this location for years and love my service every single time!! ☕☕☕
About ready to give up on these larger chain type coffee shops. Too many inconsistencies in taste and following order instructions. Some of the baristas push the pump completely down and some just pump it partially down. It's hard to get a consistent tasting drink, when there's no consistency in the making of a product. Also, no foam would mean just that, or a slight hint of it, not 1/2" to 1+" of foam. At 114th, we ordered at the counter and was given the total, then I mentioned that we wanted to scan for the rewards points and she told me that it was too late. She said that you have to tell them ahead of that time. I almost asked her to void the transaction and go across the street to Stories. Our drinks have always been consistent there. I'm sorry, but I feel like you should get what you order with consistency, and be able to enjoy it each time.
Every employee I’ve seen there masks up and does so CORRECTLY - it makes me feel a bit safer going in there.
Great staff, fast service, clean area.
