This is the only Starbucks I’ve gone to that shorted me on my drink and then refused to fill it up.. This has to be the 10th time I’ve ordered this drink all at other Starbucks locations without this issue. The woman said they are unable to fill this drink up because there is a shortage on oatmilk and they have to ration. So my drink has little to no oatmilk even though it is supposed to come with it and now taste horrible because of this. I called to express my concerns to whom I believe was the manager and she said there is no shortage on oat milk and she would talk to the woman about this but did not offer to remake or fill my drink up even though that was the main reason I was disappointed. I’m still out 6 bucks and not able to enjoy my half empty bitter drink.
This Starbucks has completely forgotten about my order multiple times now.I always order a simple black coffee, which I guess doesn’t go into their ticket system or something. The barista that takes the order usually gets it and then goes to the next customer.But at this Starbucks (and a few others) they forget and go to the next customer. Then I will stand there waiting as everyone that came in after and well after get their complicated drinks and I always have to go back up and ask about my coffee. They apologize and give me a bigger cup of coffee (which I don’t want a bigger cup of coffee, I order a small).Once was not a big deal, but this seems to be a weak spot in Starbucks’ processes because it happens so often at different locations.
I just had the most amazing drive thru experience with Starbucks team member, Arin. The service was outstanding and the genuine cheerful conversation was delightful. Leaving me driving away feeling extra special and with a gigantic smile on my face!Thank you, Arin for brightening my day!! ⭐️Oh yeah.. the coffee was great too! ??
I go by there every other day before noon to get a coffee or a sandwich and the person at the window is such a delight to deal with along with all other employees. They are friendly, helpful and always have a great attitude. Hats off to them. Keep up the great work.
Great. Nicé places to get a latte and chill. And they didn't even mind I was on my electric scooter with 3 reusable bags of groceries.
It was nice sitting and sipping on my latte.
Prices were different from other Starbucks and I brought it to their attention and their excuse was not valid.

this is such a great location but everytime i go here my coffee taste water down;( today the last day i waste my money at this location
Not sure if anyone notices as they drag slag through their daily grind but they EMPLOY COOL PEOPLE.I almost never have a frown as I drive away. Kindness really does count.
