Beware when using a credit card, I was charged 3 times for my order, when I called the store they could care less.

Rude staff, they don't acknowledge you and you can clearly see they don't want to be there. Customer service is not their forte...the place was dead and I now I know why. I think they only want drive thru customers. Needless to say, I am never coming back here!

I have been going to this Starbucks pretty much since it has opened and have always gotten great service and the staff have always been friendly. This one star is only directed at the store manager. On several occasions he has been incredible rude when I have been in the drive thru. At one point, as I was sitting at the window, he looked to his employee and said “she doesn’t know what she is talking about” with the window open. I can assure you I do, as I am a former Starbucks employee and have been ordering the same drink for years. He then proceeded to argue with me about my drink, accusing me of trying to get a cheaper drink. Honestly no wonder this Starbucks has had so many staffing issues, because who would want to work for this type of manager. It took a lot for me to write this review. While I worked at Starbucks (4 years total) I took pride in providing good service and being friendly. I now avoid this Starbucks as much as possible, which is shame bc the other baristas are fantastic.

Quick drive-thru service and friendly customer service at the window!

Closed over two hours before posted time on a Saturday evening. Do your customers a favor and update your hours on google before they waste time driving to your store.

This worker fills cups with water when she can’t fill the cup with steamed milk. Your drinks are watered down because of that.

Always fast service. Riley, in particular, was awesome at the drive thru- engaged in conversation and was super nice!

Drove 20 minutes to find out they closed early this seems to be a common occurrence nowadays with Starbucks. I understand stuff happens and you need to close but please make sure you adjust your Google hours so people don't drive an amount of time to enjoy your products to find out your clothed when Google says you're open. I run a store of my own and have access to yext. It is only a few clicks of a button to change the hours so you don't inconvenience your customers. This is the third location that has closed early and no hours posted in the last 2 weeks a lot of pointless driving. Thanksn
