Always a great experience. Most employees no longer wearing masks. When you download the app to your phone you have many opportunities to collect stars good for food, drinks & merchandise. They are going for us purchasing/ obtaining a reusable cup(celebrating earth day) through 5/7. when you have a purchase of $5 or more or when you reload your card through Paypal. You can dine in, sit on the patio or go through the drive through for your favorite Starbuck's beverages and more. I believe you can also have items delivered through one of the food delivery places like door dash, grub hub etc. Check with STARBUCKS for the ones they use.

A good Starbucks location. Staff used to be awesome, but (not surprisingly) they have had a lot of turnover and the service is more hum drum these days. Still quick though.
Not to be confused with the nearby Starbucks inside of Target. This one is the standalone Starbucks in its own building.Typically very busy, but they're pretty fast moving everyone through. Do yourself and your fellow customers a favor and order and pay using the app. It makes everything much faster for everyone!Unfortunately, L Street Marketplace is poorly laid out, so getting in and out of this Starbucks can be a bit annoying.
I go here pretty much every day and whether it be Spencer or the cute space bun girl they always make my drink perfect and if it isn’t perfect they never hesitate to remake it for me great customer service here that’s why I keep coming back.
They're good when you can get in, but it seems like anytime I go after noon they've closed for the day. Do what you need to, but make sure your hours reflect when you're going to be open.
This has been my regular drive thru pickup place.Today i asked for green latte with LIGHT ICE instead I mentioned them VERY LIGHT ICE as well.But i got a green tea latte FULL of ICE.I specifically tell them 2-3 times , but it’s always the same.1 out of 3-4 times, my order is messed up.Not sure why this happens.
Okay I stop at Starbucks yesterday around 6:40 am and got a chai late hot tea. And this cashier lady give my drink to the person in from of me then I got up to the window I pay for my drink and was waiting and waiting and waiting for my tea and she was keeping taking order and she have 6 order to handle out and she didn't have my in all those. So I ask her what going on right then she told me that she hand out my drink to the person in from of me so she ask to the other batista to make my Chai late. But my point is that she didn't have many people in the drive-thru so why she took so long to realize that she need to make my drink. So i spend there at least 20 minutes waiting for my order that it got me so dispoited. That today I didn't go there.
Daughter is addicted to the chocolate cake pops. Like EVERY restaurant Starbucks is dealing with product and staffing shortages and they handle it very well
This Starbuck is a great location with caring staff. They're always busy, but my order is always ready and accurate when I order ahead via the app. I frequent 1-2 times per week and the staff knows me by name, which is nice!
