Very impressed with this store! They were pleasant and moving some drinks for customers.
This Starbucks location is clean and is located pretty convenient in this shopping plaza. Inside they provided a clean atmosphere to dine in and also accommodated wheelchair access at tables for dining in. Staff here is average with the exception of one male worker. I believe his name is Michael. If he's not the manager I can see him becoming the manager with his work ethics. He was professional, polite with excellent customer service skills. This employee gets 5 1/2 stars
they messed up my order and when i went to tell them about it (nicely might i add) they ignored me for a few minutes before finally asking what was wrong. i would also like to add that they did keep looking at me. and when they remade my drink they still got it wrong even though i explained it thoroughly to them. over all it was poor customer service when it came to remaking a drink.
Usually I have had good experiences here but the last time I came in the baristas made the two easiest drinks (iced chai and pink drink) extremely watered down. So I came back and asked for them to be remade and they remade the pink drink correctly and then the barista asked me if I wanted water in my iced chai? There is no water in an iced chai (I am a barista manager). Not sure why baristas that don't know how to make drinks are on bar or cold beverage station, I had ordered the first time in the drive through as well and I could tell someone had also complained in the line infront of me because they had been sitting there for 5 minutes. Will not be returning unless i hear something positive about this location..
I asked for blended and they didn’t make it right. It’s been multiple times that I’ve come here and they’ve gotten my order wrong.
The staff here is very friendly and helpful joke around with customers and there customer service among the best of the Starbucks I have frequented. Quick and accurate service highly recommend if you doubt just visit yourself and your mind will change. Great staff, service and management
this disgusting tall red head (homeschooled???) keeps stealing my therapy cactus. good drinks. will come back to steal more
The management staff was rude. Helga or something was her name. She was short tempered and no customer services skills at all. Was very disrespectful went in to pick up my online order and to grab a cup. Was told the lobby was closed in a very rude tone. Asked if I can just pick out a cup and was told no again and she stated in a snarky manner the lobby is closed. If the lobby was closed why is the door unlocked? Put a bigger sign that says lobby closed. Rude won’t use this Starbucks ever!
Not just slowest location, but I had a bad drive thru experience during the holidays season. I wouldn’t recommend yelling no more pay it forward angrily while the drive-thru window is open. I understand her frustration but at the same time people are just trying to do the right thing in the holiday spirit.When I called to let the manager know my experience that day, he said that there’s so much confusion that goes into the pay it forward and insisted that instead of doing the pay forward why not tip your barista‘s… I get it but at the same time that kinda left a very bad impression. I have not been back to that store since.
A typical Starbucks store that had great customer service in a good location.
