Dinner was good. The staff was super friendly. Sat on the patio with our dogs. Nobody else was out there so the dogs had a great time running around. The staff checked on us frequently and gave the dogs lots of love. I had the mini Mia with double pepperoni pizza and Cobb salad without chicken. Both were delicious. Also got some Gelato on the way out. So yummy.
I had read some previous reviews and thought I should give it a try. Well I missed the sign to order at the register and sat at the Bar. After about 10 minutes someone finally came up to me and said that I needed to order at the register. ok no biggie. I order a beer, a salad, and a pizza. I go back and sit at the bar, after 15 minutes, the waitresses have walked by me at least 50 times and no beer or water or silverware or any real acknowledgement. Finally my beer arrives. and I can see my salad sitting over at the food station but after another 30 minutes my salad and pizza are brought over. One of the waitresses was just walking around not offering to help and at one point refused to help a co-worker at the gelato counter. Overall the food was good. but the service was slow, They had plenty of staff, I counted 4 prepping food and 3 waitresses. and 1 Order taker, So the management is just bad and they all need to be re-trained. Probably wouldn't go back simply because the service was bad.
I visited the Wright Street location around evening time, we were the only ones there. This location is large and clean.Ordered the Mini Mia, eggplant appetizer andMargarita pizza.All the food was great, fresh and delicious!
The wait staff, all of them, so pretty and nice. The food? Amazing. The gelato? HEAVENLY. And let me reiterate: the staff are beautiful! Idk where they find these people. Especially this one person with shoulder length hair, very pretty and very nice ???
Food was really good and the employee helping us was very friendly. We went in during a non-peak time and had to wait a little longer than expected since they just had a surge of customers with limited staff. I felt the employee handled it very well and, who I assumed was the manager, working the kitchen, came out to ask how everything was. Overall we were happy with our visit
Very disappointed in take out / curbside at this store. I have ordered three times, at various times. Once to pick up in the middle of the afternoon (a non-busy time of day) and twice for dinner. Every time the order is running behind on its pick up time. I’m not talking about five minutes late. More like 20-60minutes late. Staff never explains why and never apologizes. This store is fine if you go in to eat but don’t order take out
great food and service. we drive from Lincoln just to eat here
Wasn’t bad but pretty underwhelming pizza and salad. The pizza crust is super chewy and not crispy. It hit the spot since we were hungry but I wouldn’t come back. 14in cheese pizza cost us $18!!
Unfortunately, the THREE pizzas I ordered weren’t fully cooked. No crispy crust (pizza oven love), instead chewy-doughy crust. Pizza lovers beware. Check your pizza before you leave.?
Great food. They should hire a manager to put the younger employees to work. They sat talking while the floor and tables remained dirty.
