We were in the area visiting a daughter. She suggested Spaghetti Works. We made the mistake of going to the downtown one on a Saturday. I don't know if it was because it was Memorial Day weekend, or just Saturday but it was crazy busy. 45 minute wait but we had already committed to the paid parking so we stayed. I will say that once we were seated our waiter was very attentive. The salad bars are fun with them being served from vintage trucks. There was a good variety. The bottomless pasta was delicious and getting to pick your noodles/ sauces was fun. The Creamy Pesto was amazing. Would have liked bottomless salad too! It's a fun place to be with a group and we were well looked after with drink refills, clearing the used dishes, and being asked if we needed anything else, so great service! We did find out there is another location, so maybe we'll try that one and hope it's less crowded and noisy!
??? Yum, Yum and Yum!! Food was definitely delicious and I will be going back! Salad bar was very good, employee's were friendly and food came out in good timing.
Saturday night, packed. Found 2 seats at the bar. Light in the ceiling caught on fire. Fire department came. Nothing big. Excellent food. Got the Lobster sensation! Yum.
Last night was our 3rd time coming here. It never disappoints. Staff is very friendly and take care of you without feeling rushed or visiting the table too often. If you can, ask for Peter, he's an amazing waiter and we have been in his section twice and he remembered us! We are from Lincoln so just stop in when we're in Council Bluffs or Omaha. Be prepared for a wait, but it is definitely worth it. The food is amazing as well.
My wife & I order the BBQ Chicken pizza after our server recommended . Very delicious and excellent choice. The pizza did not fill heavy and we left feeling satisfied and not having the "Full" filling. The service was excellent and I highly recommend Spaghetti Works for your next night out.
Pretty good pasta! I’m very picky with my pasta but it was definitely pretty good and seasoned well! I got all you can eat pasta it comes with a salad and garlic bread which were both very good! I left really full! Portions are kinda small but I was able to eat 2 bowls and I had to pay for the chicken but that wasn’t too bad. Definitely will stop again once in town. The service was really good, I’m very satisfied.
If you can find a parking spot, I highly recommend visiting Spaghetti Works. Unlimited pasta refills, garlic bread, and a salad bar *in addition* to your entree makes this restaurant a great value. We ordered "The Works" which includes a sampling of all 12 sauces on your choice of pasta. It was a *huge* amount of food and tasted delicious. The service was also fast and very friendly despite it being busy.

first time here, our waitress was amazing and the food was amazing! will return!
Nice Italian place to visit. Food is generally quite good and reasonably priced. For around $10 or so, you can get an all you can eat pasta, with many options to choose from. You can pay more to add meat to it, but you can get by quite cheap if you’re ok with just the pasta/sauces. Salad bar has many options and decent quality items. Food comes fresh and warm. Plenty of places to dine, so I’ve never had to wait long. The only real issue I’ve had, is it seems (especially when they are slower), that employees will congregate up near the front, and seem to loose their assertiveness. It’s almost like you feel like you are troubling them, to have to stop talking and get you a table, or otherwise. However, the wait staff assigned to your table generally does quite well. So it’s not a huge deal, it’s just a bit bothersome when you see tables that could be wiped off, or food on the floor that could be swept, yet 3-4 people on the clock doing nothing and not terribly friendly that they have to stop getting paid to socialize, to assist you. Again, other than this minor situation that seems to repeat itself, it’s always been a pretty good experience, and I wouldn’t let it stop my return.
