I have gone to this sonic drive through many times. Most times they are disrespectful and have an attitude. A lot of the times it takes a ridiculous amount of time for a simple order to be brought out. Most of the time the food is not even that warm. Lastly,the shakes used to be very well, but they have degraded so much. The shakes are so thick that you can't even take a sip through the straw, you have to either wait for it to melt for quite awhile, or you have to eat it with a spoon because it is almost as thick as ice-cream.
They should just change their hours to 11 rather then midnight. Went there for blasts waited in line at 11:10ish got told the ice cream machine was already off. They had a line of cars. Glad I drove to a further location to make sure I got there before they closed. Not.
It’s crazy how this place’s ice cream machine breaks down at exactly 10 EVERY NIGHT. It’s almost like it’s a blatant lie because they don’t want to take the time to put ice cream in a cup. I don’t want some bs automated response to this, i want my order. Unacceptable that management likely encourages the employees to keep up this charade.
Ordered 4 Sonic blasts drive-thru. 2 of them were decent enough. But the other 2 were just runny. No flavor to them just vanilla. I called them to mention it maybe could replace them. Wasn't what I paid for. Kids weren't happy with them either. Lady on phone said she can't help the consistency for them. Basically she said sorry your out of luck. Would have to pay for them if i wanted different ones. I asked for the manager and wouldn't you know it, she was the manager! SMH. I think her name was Autumn.Just a dad trying to put smile on kids with a treat is all. Won't be back there
Went to Sonic. Pulled into a parking spot, figured out what we wanted, pressed the button to order and were told we had to go through the drive through they were only taking orders through the drive through. We specifically did not go through the drive through as the line was literally all the way around the building. Very disappointing for a Sonic Drive In.
Ordered a drink- only a drink- sat for 20 mins and people who ordered food and shakes got their food before I could get my drink. Left disappointed to go pick up now cold pizzas.

Been a couple times and they always are out of ice cream. Went recently and their drive through speaker was broken, over 10 cars in the drive through and it was never fixed they were also out of ice cream at that time too.
allergy safety violation. Ok food. Hamburgers were sloppy. And wait times are way too long 15 minutes in the drive-thru. Got a Reese's and a Cookie dough Sonic blast. And there's quite a bit of cookie dough in the Reese's one. For kids with allergies this is pretty unacceptable. I have one kid with egg allergies who can't have cookie dough and another kid with peanut allergies who can't have Reese's. So when we order a certain ingredient we expect it to be where it belongs not all mixed up.
