They don't have the staff to handle all the customers. The employees park blocking half the stalls, but it also blocks the traffic trying to leave. A few cones or caution tape would be better.However, the ice cream was as expected.
Took FOREVER to pick up my ONLINE APP order because half the stalls are blocked off because they don't have enough people to work them. Car hop was VERY RUDE. Only good thing was the manager I spoke to was nice and said she would address it.
Very poor service. I understand that they were understaffed. But that’s no excuse for leaving us waiting for so long while they continued to serve the drive thru line. And they messed up our order after we repeatedly told them what we were waiting on.
Visited the mapleLocation, sat in line for an hour. No worries because I thought the food would be fresh. Got to the window and paid for my food only to sit for 15 more minutes and my food was ice cold. My chicken sandwich was not that. It was a chicken strip on a large bun. Soggy and overcooked. Very poor service. Never again.
Waited over 35 minutes for our food, then they told us they didn't have enough Sprite zero for 2 drinks. The one they gave us was 95% ice (we couldn't even shake the ice up, it was solid). They forgot the kids meal drink, and all the condiments... don't use the app, talk to someone or go somewhere else.
Literally went through drive through ordered our food. As soon as I pulled up to pay I apologized and asked if I could add 2 corn dogs to the order. The guy tells me nope, got too many people waiting right now. NEVER once have I had someone be like no you can't order more ? but hey I'm sure your management team would like to know. I would understand if the food was already ready, but I waited 7 minutes for the food. It shouldn't have been a big deal. Good luck bro?
Had an order for $40 Included in it was 4 of the little chicken sandwiches and they were absolutely disgusting. Tasted like the grease had not been changed in months. As prices keep rising for everything it seems quality keeps going down.
Update we tried to come back today a year later… They got my order wrong I drove back they remade my sandwich took forever by the time it came out my tater tot’s were super cold. I asked if I could get those remade totally had an attitude huffed and puffed walked off. Came back with both of mine told me to have a good night. Got home the order was somewhat ok however you could tell they nuked it and egg was dry .. no cheese and burnt bacon again!!!!!We always come here I had a small order I only had so much cash in a little bit on my card I tried to do two transactions, the lady looked at me crazy told me they don’t do that I had to pick one or the other. I told her I only had money on each thing she didn’t care I said fine just give me what I had and don’t give me my drink. nonchalantly didn’t even care OK,So sympathetic. I will never be back there again
Completely fed up with this location. You can NEVER get fresh onion rings, cheese sticks or tots!!!! It’s clear that these items are precooked and sitting under a heating lamp. Orders are always missing items and customer service is horrible!!Update: I gave this location another try for my daughter about two month ago. The experience was great thanks to an employee named Morgan. My daughter love Sonic and I stop there 3-4 times a week for her now because Morgan NEVER disappoints! She’s friendly, accurate and delivers a great customer experience every time. Even if I use DoorDash I only use it if she’s working and she makes sure the food is accurate and fresh. Thanks Morgan!!! Unexpectedly good lunch. Wanted a foot long chili dog with onion rings and was not disappointed at all! My wife wanted a cheeseburger and onion rings. It was fast and cheap and very unhealthy. Nailed it. Didn’t get a pic of the food since it was basically inhaled.
