No hair net and that is nasty and she is making food. Wth. Won't EVER COME BACK HER. THIS PLACE NEED NEW MANAGEMENT. AND IT TOOK 20 MINS FOR A Sonic blast . Didn't even want yo give a star AT ALL.

Maybe I should have realized what was ahead when the car ahead at the drive through drove off without ordering. But, hey. There are only 2 cars at the pickup window. Ten minutes later (kinda slow but..) I pay my $54. Ten more minutes & the car behind me bails and drives off. Five more minutes and they want my receipt back. Oh oh. Thirty two minutes after ordering six meals I drive away. Just an "I'm sorry" & I'm afraid to check the order (90% correct). There looked to be many staff on hand.

Ordered our food at one of the kiosks. Screen was black and order taker ignored us. A man cleaning tables told us that it appears broken and apologized. He recommended the drive through. Went through drive thru and ordered. The order taker got confused and messed up our order. Came back and told a worker and gave her the paper we had stuck on to our bag. Manager came out stating we had our food. She did not mess up our order. She also demanded to see ALL of our bags and preceeded to look through our bags and stated we had everything and she was NOT giving us free food. We just wanted our food we ordered twice already and pretty offended that she said we were trying to get free food. Also, the fact she touched our food and shoved our bag back into our car at us and refused to listen to our issue and correct our order so we could pay for our correct order. Paid for the wrong drink. Missing a whole meal. Givin no receipt and disrespected by the manager. Disgusting. Came back thro. Yelling at the female employee and even smacked her. Yelling at me now demanding a receipt she knows I don't have. This is sad for management

Why would you even attempt to hand someone a cup that is completely covered in melted ice cream? The same is true for fountain drinks with the cup covered in pop/soda? The shake itself was great, the straw was absolutely worthless but once I got home and could use a spoon it was fantastic. Provide a larger straw that a person could actually use to consume a shake with bits and pieces in it, is that too much to ask?I knocked off 2 stars - 1 star for handing me a cup like that and another star for the 1st stall I pulled into not working and the app requiring me to give a stall number when the stalls ARE NOT NUMBERED (at least not from the customer side).

I would give it zero stars if possible, they had us waiting almost 2 hrs for a online order placed through them. Then had the audacity to say they were only taking DoorDash orders when we finally decided to pull up to the window after being told they were running late. Lady proceeds to say again for the 3rd time well we’re behind. Even though we’ve been waiting over an hour for food. Spent over $30 on all the items. Then not even a minute later tries to hand us our food that they made over an hour ago! The ice-cream was melted at that point and food was cold and hard. The employees here are lazy and exploitive. They claimed there was only two workers and there understaffed. Yet there was clearly more than 4 people in there. They just don’t care about their jobs. I would just fire all the staff and restart over the night crew is not it! Then to have multiple people come out and be laughing about the wait. Nothing is a joke there are people here waiting for their food from over an hour. This location either needs to be closed down or needs better management.

You get your Mozzarella sticks with no marinara sauce here. Just another $30 order to let you down. Why bother ask if everything is there, because they always say it's all there. Like bruh it NEVER all there. Also worst quality food I've ever had from sonic.

Got there. Huge line to begin with. I had to unfortunately wait as I was picking up a delivery. I did however notice that the employees were taking their sweet a$$ time to handle customer orders. Very relaxed attitude on a busy Friday night. As soon as I received the order (37 min LATER!, mind you) the fries were cold and the shake had more water than milk. I had to have the items remade fresh for my customer who had to also wait the delivery time to their house (not that it matters in Sonics behalf). All in all, the staff needs to be more proactive in a general sense and have more than just one girl attending the lot customers too. ridiculous wait time.

Service took over 15 minutes to just place an order. When food did come, service providers were short with customers and rude. The food we ordered was good, but would have been more time efficient to go to another Sonic.

Male drive through window employee was very polite and greeted you. This was my first time seeing him. He definitely made me see the difference in customer service skills of his co-workers . On other occasions have other drive through window employees who were not as professional and polite as the guy on my last visit.
