7/23/2022 930pm. Worst service of all the sonics in Omaha! 30 min wait to order in drive thru. Wrong order handed to me at the window, wrong order after I went and knocked on the door. Sonic blast almost melted by the time I got out of the parking lot due to having new food made. If you’re not getting morning breakfast from this location stay far far away at dinner time. Still can’t believe I got the wrong order twice, blows my mind.
So I heard from a friend that Sonic charges for water?Didn’t believe it, so went through the drive-thru and asked if this was the case. They do charge for water, I asked if I could make a complaint to the manager (karen I guess, but why are you charging for water?) the person said they were a manager. They began yelling in the mic about how they have been receiving complaints about charging for water for 6 years and that I could make a complaint to corporate. Then after I expressed that yes I would just make a complaint to corporate, because it sounds like a corporate policy/problem which she was fed up with, she refused to serve me. I again tried to express that I am not in any way holding her responsible for a clearly terrible policy, was still refused service.I want to really express that I in no way was disrespectful to your ‘manager’ and only expressed that I wish to not pay for water.This was all through the drive thru so if you have any way of pulling the recording, please do. It happened at about 1:50a on 7/8/22.
This location needs employee training. They served ice cream. That was melted. You’re supposed to dispense it frozen. That should be common sense
Long wait for one meal the 2 star for the 24 hour drive thur I got to update review food was over cook I five piece tender meal for my disabled brother dropped his food off went home so frustrated that had to go to sleep wake up the next day to find out he didn't even eat his food due to it was overcooked tender's was hard wish I could have got a refund for him oh yeah he haven't had Sonic in years and it was just a bad experience to go back and get bad food
This visit was great. Fast service, perfectly crispy tots, ketchup added before I asked.
They brought me the wrong food and took my card inside to pay for the order (because the card reader on the stall didn't work), when they came back I gave them the food back and told them it was all wrong, they took everything directly to the car next to me and handed it to them, then finally brought me the correct food. First of all, gross! Second, they didn't even apologize but instead demanded a receipt back that I already gave them. Definitely not going back there!!!
It was a very good experience the customer service was great the food was fresh and the service was fast Tylenol do I give him five stars
Horrible customer service. The employee came out with the food, and they were rude and unprofessional. she advised us that the shake machine was out of order, so we asked about a refund or another item In replacement, she had nothing to say about a possible replacement or refund, and the employee proceeded to aggressively hand the drinks to us that weren't even made correctly and where warm she almost dumped them in the front drivers seat we then asked to speak with a manager who was working at the time who was also very unprofessional and said that they could make the shake but then the same employee came out again and told us that they cant make it at the end of this all we never where given a refund or replacement nor did they remake the incorrect and poorly made drinks we where very unsatisfied with the customer service and products that where received.
As I came to eat out of the blue the out most respectful people helped yes it’s a hot zone place and gets super busy so if you are in a hurry then go somewhere else don’t show disrespect to these people because they are the top of the line of great customer service.To my suprise the food was cool right I order the double with bacon add chicken ocean water cheese sticks and chili fry’s wow so delicious and right spot to hit way to go guys
