Got the banana one with yogurt but I skipped the whey. I can tell it's fresh banana for sure. I'd give it 4 stars.I'm still trying to find a favorite here though.I wasn't a fan of the peanut butter chocolate one personally. 3 starsThe staff was generally friendly when we went.
I’m not one to post negative reviews, but it’s been a long time coming for this particular location. Some of the LEAST friendly people I’ve ever encountered work here. They are rude, slow, and disorganized. I’ve waited upwards of 15 minutes in the drive-thru for a single smoothie that will come out partially blended. I used to frequent this location because of the convenience, but each time I go there it seems to get worse and worse. After reading some other reviews about poor management I can understand a little bit why the staff seem so absolutely miserable. I will no longer be giving them my money.
I worked for Smoothie King for 4.5 yrs. I managed over at the 132nd&Maple location until being moved over to 90th&Center at the beginning of this year. Please do not support the Omaha Smoothie King locations. The new owner does not deserve your business. Myself and 5 others were left with no choice but to walk out after he failed to pay us on time due to his lack of responsibility and care for his employees. When asked for a solution (because we were getting paid 3 days late and it was over Easter weekend) he completely ignored us. He failed to provide a solution to those who needed their paycheck, because he simply does not care or understand the struggles that some of us face in todays economy. I hated having to walk out, but it was my only choice considering I could not put up with the mental toll of having an uncaring and manipulative boss who was rarely present and continuously piled more and more work onto me with no compensation at all. 4 managers and 5 employees have quit since he has taken ownership this year. Im not usually one to speak out like this, but after everything that I was put through AND the most recent petty game of him denying to give those who walked out their hard earned tips, im left with no choice. Please consider taking your business over to the 72&Cornhusker location in Papillion. Im sure they would appreciate you a lot more over there.**Update: Area Supervisor had been contacted, I received no response. I also contacted the feedback link that has been provided to other people's poor reviews, and they have yet to contact me either.
Poor management!! Check their records with NE Health Department. I suggest to Emily, prior manager and Google reviewer, file a complaint with Smoothie King Corporate since this is a Franchise. Corporate needs to know what is going on behinds closed doors.
Your hours everywhere says you are opened at 8am on Saturdays. I placed an online order and no one is here working.
I’ve been here 3-4 times… everytime the employees seem miserably and are less then friendly. This last time they didn’t even give the correct drink

I love this location! Everyone is always so friendly and quick to full fill my order. The times that I have gone, I see everyone, to include management working together to take care of all of their customers. I highly recommend this specific location. Keep up the great work!
I’ve been coming to smoothie king for years. I’ve met the owner and have had great interactions with him even. I stopped going because there were new “managers” in the past year and I didn’t feel I was met with the same customer service you could tell the staff wasn’t trained well and they were doing their best but sinking with no help. I was DELIGHTED to hear that the manager Brila was back. She always did her best to make every guest feel welcome and she’s why I would keep coming back. I know under her supervision again this store will get back to the smoothie king I once knew.
A solid 0, the managers are terrible they leave big responsibilities for the young teenagers at night, there’s all minors running the nights & there’s always attitudes with the workers and so unprofessional and not clean. Don’t get me wrong some of those teenagers try their hardest but it’s easy to see that they’re overwhelmed, tired and stressed. Sabrina & Jessie are sweet and helpful.
