We recently ordered through DoorDash, DoorDash did their best to correct the issue but can only help so much. We ordered gluten free pasta for my wife who needs to eat gluten free food or else she will be sick. The first time we ordered, it arrived without her food. Door dash refunded her portion of the order, so we needed to then create another order, once again paying for tip and delivery. On the second order we did NOT receive gluten free pasta. Thankfully, she does not have celiacs, but if she did, this could have been very bad.We definitely do not recommend ordering from them if you have dietary restrictions as they will not be honored.
Food is decent but the severe lack of customer service and acknowledgement is astonishing. Four separate workers kept doing trivial tasks like stacking cups and moving napkins but NO ONE greeted or assisted any of the customers who were waiting. We were treated like we were invisible as the staff "worked" around everyone waiting in line.
This is an Omaha locally owned eatery that has always served consistently good food quality at very reasonable prices. I had the grilled chicken spinach salad with the soup of the day, California vegetable for lunch.
I ordered the seafood Tortellini last week from a very pleasant and cordial gal named Cassie. I was pleased with the quality of the food in all aspects, flavor, texture and the timeliness of the service.I would be delighted to eat here again.
The Baked pasta is second to none. Service is great! The sourdough rolls and soups of the day are consistent and compliment every dish. The owner is friendly and cares about quality and taste. An Omaha original.
It was my first time going there myself. The grilled chicken salad is the bomb. Plenty of greens and chicken. Parking is a little bad, but you can call ahead, hit the drive through and I saw a sign that says they deliver.
Great prices and great food. The lasagna so good and the soup was so delicious. Highly recommend
Probably pretty good pizza. Placed a take out order and was told 35 minutes it would be done. Showed up 35 mins on the dot. Wait for 5 minutes or so before even being acknowledged. Dining room was a ghost town. Was greeted and asked about my name. Server went to check and didn't come back. After watching 2 take orders walk out before I was acknowledged again. Finally spoke up an hour after the order was placed. Explained what I ordered and the server said, "Oh, we have that". What a mess. I used to love this spot too.
Thursdays are when they have their delicious BLT soup. I love pairing that with a half-sized grilled chicken salad (with house dressing). Service is decent via the drive-thru (order ahead).
After reading reviews, we were excited to try this place. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, sourdough rolls, pepperoni bread, and garlic bread and unfortunately couldn’t eat any of them. The sourdough rolls had no taste, the garlic bread was stale and didn’t have a great flavor, and the pepperoni bread just wasn’t very good. We hoped the pizza would be better, but I tasted like it had been cooked yesterday and microwaved today. Even the crust tasted bland. Was really hoping this was going to be great, but they will have to improve their seasonings before we come back.
