Music was blasting.. ...apparently they feel that can do whatever they want. Customer service was VERY poor. The gal servicing the drive thru/front counter stared at me 3 times while I was standing at the counter- for at least 5 minutes. ... She never asked me to wait a moment while she continued to serve the drivethru and ignore me. She then proceeded to complain about every customer that went through the drive thru. Bad attitude.Rules of etiquette still apply, my dear.I left.
I believe they have some of the best coffee. But if you really want good and high quality and go to a mom and pop coffee shop.
Beautiful ladies working with the best customer service I've seen in a long time, always tip your scooter's, and they are very fast and make my coffee perfectly
Every time I come to this location there is no one in line and it takes about 15 minutes to get 1 drink. Seriously need to move faster.
I had a chai tea latte, hot! Love that tea! And the service was great! They were very courteous an give you ample time to make your selection an the food an drinks are perfect! No complaints from me!
Terrionna is the best ever whenever I go and she is working she makes my coffee just right it's not to runny or to thick she is amazing.Sadly I'm not satisfied when she is not there my coffee is always wrong or runny unless she is working she is the only reason I give this place 5 star's
I haven’t been to this location in awhile due to employees attitudes and customer service. But today I was close and wanted some coffee. I went through the drive through and Amara took my order and my payment she was so sweet and polite! I hope I spelt her name right. But she definitely has me comfortable to come back! So thank you for having great customer service!!

When you order a item and sit inline for 15 min and you get to the window for them to tell you they are out of that item is sad, very sad. Then they think it's funny...
