Closes down espresso machines before close time. It’s a coffee shop. Feel like that’s essential.
They used to be really good. But I went there recently and got an everything bagel. The first time I got it, it was still frozen in the middle. They remade it for me and the second time it was so over cooked that the bagel was solid. There is literally a set timer for the everything bagel that cooks it perfectly. I am not understanding why it was frozen the first time and then burnt up the next. I won't be back to this location. I was extremely dissapointed.
I ordered on the app before leaving home yet the latte wasn’t done. I was added to the end of the queue making me wait more time then if I had gone thru the drive thru. I prefer the process Starbucks has when ordering from their app.
Fast service, coffees are a bit too sweet.
I ordered a large and was asked if I wanted an extra shot because it was free. So I said yes, then, I was charged for it.
Starting to resemble a homeless shelter more than a coffee shop. People not purchasing coffee shouldn't be allowed to sit here for hours on end.
Didn't have signature scooters coffee in the bean form. Don't go there close to 9pm. Terrible service if you get service. Managers act like they're 14. Spoke with the owner. He called me back. I returned his call. Never heard from him again. No one does their job I've been turned away at 8:55. I'll take my business to one of the other franchise stores in Omaha. Unfortunately I have to give it one star. They don't even rate that.
Brighter and clean since the update. Wifi and USB plugs at each table is sweet! 102 maple
Unfortunately it may be hit or miss at this location for a while as they have relatively inexperienced barristas. The management is more than kind and is just trying to put out a good product. It just takes time like anything else to train a good crew. This place would be a five star if a great cup of coffee is consistent.
Very rude. Didn’t even fill the cup up like it should have been. And tasted like water!
