Came around 5:20 today and the girls working were SO RUDE. I got 2 blended caramelicious drinks and asked for extra caramel drizzle in the cups (ik it doesnt come with it, I say extra bc i like a lot) and she repeated what I said, so i know she heard me correctly. I got to the window and saw both girls look at me, then one go on her phone and i sat there for 2 mins before paying, then AFTER I pay she started making the drinks. I sat there for another 5-6 minutes before getting our drinks, again while the girls were sitting on their phones. The drinks had no drizzle in the cups, were complete liquid not blended consistency but like a normal iced drink consistency bc they neglected it in the blender the whole time they were on their phones, and one drink had a broken lid that wouldnt stay on no matter what. The worst, rudest, and slowest scooters in omaha. And Im not sure why my 2 drinks were $16 when online it says a caramelicious blender is $4.75?
The three times I've been to this location they have ruined my drink. I keep thinking to myself the convenience is worth giving them another shot. This store is down the road from my house, literally 2 minutes away and i guess I'll just go to other stores where they can fulfill my simple request.
Thank you to the baristas that brought me to tears with their kindness this morning. I’m a new mom that was having a ROUGH day. I forgot my wallet and thought I called this Scooters to see if they would accept Apple Pay, but I apparently called a different location. The baristas gave me a free coffee since I didn’t have another way to pay. Thank you for making my day ladies!
Staff has always been friendly and quick. Usually get the peanut butter power smoothie and that is always good.

I paid for Peanut Power with a shot. I got a nasty Vanilla drink. Someone orders something that's what you give them, not what you have sitting around already made. Poor service!

Considering myself a “coffee snob”, I just had to try a new coffee when I drove through Omaha. I have to say, their coffee was pretty good! If you are in Omaha, even for a hot minute like me, you should try Scooter’s Coffee!
