The employees there were very nice, especially after my son dropped (and spilled) his entire hot chocolate. They made us a new one and told me not to worry about paying for it. My son was very thankful!
First time in Scooters at Village Pointe in West Omaha...had an iced latte and friend had Carmel latte which was too sweet so they made him a new one free of charge and told us they will always remake your drink if it's not right for free...Good Deal!clean and comfortable. they have a faux fireplace which hadn't been turned on yet....big moving wooden table so you could set your coffee on it and put your feet on the bottom. looks like a tree stump...anyway stop by and enjoy the atmosphere with a nice drink.
