Food was great, service was non existent. Thankfully most the offensive rap music blaring out of the kitchen was absorbed by the wall of servers playing on their phones at the pickup window. Full trash bins and multiple dirty tables while the staff laughs and screws around. I hope they're not getting paid much. Best hot sauce in town!
Excellent as always....They are always packed for lunch. Drive Thru --- 9 cars deep. ALWAYS go inside and order. I was back in my truck in 8 minutes. Same people still in Drive Thru...
Not bad. Pretty good food. Atmosphere is a bit dead. But other than that it's nice
I ordered breakfast on-line, and paid, early on Sunday morning but when I went to pick it up, the store was closed. I was a bit unhappy but I called from outside the store and the gentleman working said they weren't opening until 9 because they were short on help. HOWEVER, he graciously offered to make my order then brought it out to me curbside. THANK YOU SO MUCH. That was definitely going above and beyond!!
Not very good. These are not a calzone . And you don't give cold sauce for a calzone
Like every other restaurant I have been to lately, I feel that this place has really gone down hill. The quality of the sandwiches just isn't what it used to be, the quantity of the items placed on the sandwiches and pizzas has tremendously decreased, and the effort put out by the employees is minimal at best. You definitely aren't getting what you pay for here as most of the time the order is wrong.
2 sandwiches ordered. Small and medium. Standard stuff. They have no guac seriously?Waited 15 minutes. Then two customers who came in after got their food. Where's my order? Oh. In a bag on top of some rack. The kitchen staff asked if that's what I ordered. Yes that's it. Seriously ? What are they doing back there? Why didn't they try calling the name out? They knew someone was there waiting.....and waiting. Won't be back.
Walked it to an empty counter, waited 5 minutes before anyone paid any attention. Ordered original sandwich combo with Jalepenos on the side. Emphasized the on the side because they always put them on the sandwich. Still got them on the sandwich. way to many peppers. nobody an counter again so just left.
Very good food and gives off a nice old rustic vibe, like a diner from the 90's
Pathetic. Pickup order for two cheese originals add avocado. Extra crispy. Both were a mess, they forgot a bag of chips. I did not have time to go back inside and get my money back but, thought Schlotsky’s should know this. Someone besides myself scanned my receipt for my points before I got there to pick up my order. No rewards points. Also not the first time I’ve had sad sandwiches and missing items. Thanks!
