They closed at 6:30 when it says they close at 7. Last time I went the chicken was subpar and now they are closing way too early. I was willing to give a shot on a restaurant that’s been around for a long time but the quality has dropped and now you’ve made it impossible for me to purchase your food before I’m off work. Boo. Very poor service.

I just happen to be strolling through the mall and noticed the constant steady line at Sarku Japan. I had not eaten at all and had to try it out. I noticed if I downloaded the app I would save $5. I decided to download and opening the app, completed the registration just to find out they were no longer taking app orders for the day. So beware at this location around 6pm you cannot order via the app. Needless to say I was unable to save $5, but, it was worth it. Hint to the hunger you might just want to pay extra extra chicken and vegetables.

Update your hours online. We got here 30 minutes before they close and the drive alone was almost 30 minutes. Someone working rudely told us they were closed. If you want to close early sure go for it but at least update your hours so potential customers don’t waste their time driving to you.

I was just there at 530pm Sunday. They close at 6 which is advertised .They said they are closed yet they were still cooking a ton of food. Some of that food they took into the back so I assume they cooked food for themselves and closed 30 mins early. Poor business management.

They close 30 mins ahead of closing time. They then have food left over for each other but won't sell to customers. Just happened. What a rip off.

Went today on 12/16/2021 at 1pm and the restaurant was not serving food or as the employee said “closed” even thought mall is open and there is someone there working, at Lunch time on a weekday.

The food is normally very good. Lately the serving size has been smaller. The wait can be long as many other restaurants have closed in this mall.

They overcharged a customer in front of me by about $10. They charged him for 2 vegetable sides instead of 2 vegetable spring rolls. They wanted him to just take the extra food and not refund him and made a big deal about not refunding him. Horrible customer service!! The customer was so sweet and said to never mind and didn’t get his refund. I stood up for him and told the restaurant it wasn’t ok and they needed to refund him and make it right before I left. They did not and they kept the money. So sad they chose to not do the right thing. No integrity or honesty. This will be my last time even though I’ve enjoyed their food over the years.

Good food but meat up my order so I had to buy another one just to get the order I wanted would not recommend
