Our server was amazingly attentive for being new to the place. There was no hostess at the door when we arrived, but another waitress made sure everyone got seated while still doing her job. Food was good

Good food. Fair prices, excellent service. Enough in the budget left for show. Treat yourself.

Decided to give saltgrass a try tonight and was not disappointed at all by anything. Our server took the time to walk us through the menu and some of her favorite things. Our drinks came out fast and tasted so good then when we got the food we were amazed on how good it looked and tasted. Definitely will be back

Ordered a 6oz Sirloin, and some fried pickles. I was astounded to see what was clearly not a 6oz sirloin on my plate. (I later found out the server misheard me and put in a 16oz Ribeye) the Steak was so phenomonally good and cooked to perfection, i didnt even mention the mistake to the server.

Pleasantly surprised. I haven’t had a good experience at a steak house in a long time, I have felt I could do a better job at home. Saltgrass exceeded expectations. The steak was cooked to the perfect level of done, and was also well seasoned. The salad seemed fresh and their house ranch was excellent. I was slightly disappointed in the smoked Mac and cheese, I couldn’t taste any smoke on it, but it still tasted good. It was relatively busy, but not packed, and the service was excellent. My drink was replaced before it was empty, they checked in on us a few times, but were not over bearing, the manager for the night checked in with us as it was our first time, I was very pleased with the level of service we had and our overall experience.

We love this place. During quarantine we ordered meals delivered. Great food. Since we are now eating out we decided to stop there for lunch. Very reasonable prices. We ordered chopped steak. There are two versions on the menu. Wow! Both were great. I don't recall ever saying wow for a chopped steak. (Angus, of course!) Great service, too. We'll definitely be back.

My first time here with my family. The atmosphere was nice. Staff are pretty friendly. Most of the food was good. Horrible with item substitution so I ended up with 2 items I wasn't pleased with which was the salad, and the soup. The salad was extra basic compared to the salad in the bowl I made. I wish resteraunts stepped up their game with that and if you are going to serve such a basic salad make sure you at least you have egg in it. The Potato Soup was flavorless and gross.I had the Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon and that was pretty tasty. The Asparagus was cooked well with a slight crisp. The seasoning on them was superb or awesome. The side of rice that I had to order separately instead of being able to substitute it for one of the uneaten sides was just ok nothing fancy but Riceoroni. They do understand the assignment on drinks. I has an Apple Henny and it was perfect. My daughter had a Bacon Chesseburger. The bacon was decent on it.My other daughter had a regular filet which she felt was OK to good. She also ordered the Brussel Sprouts which came out good.Overall I would consider this place as a decent second next to Texas Roadhouse. If I ever run into a jam getting in there I now have a second place to go.

After waiting the hour or so on the wait list, I was really looking forward to this place! But, after being seated, things went downhill fast..1 hour and 5 minutes after we sat down our food FINALLY came to the table. The baked sweet potato was the smallest I have ever seen at a steakhouse.. Ribs had little sauce left on them because the majority of the sauce was burnt black on the ribs... The side of green beans were so heavily peppered, it was almost like having some green beans with my side of black cracked pepper.. Waiter only came by a couple times..The ONLY positive was the steak.. Its was pretty good.. All in all, I say skip this place. And I rarely ever say that.. Get on the wait list at Texas Roadhouse. As of right now, you'll be better off.. Its not worth $100 for 3 here..

It was an okay place to eat. The ribeye steak was great, but the baked potato seemed garlicky. Bread and butter were good as well as the salad but I wasn't thrilled with the blue cheese dressing. Mushrooms were okay as well. My wife would give it 3 or 4 stars she said. Atmosphere inside was nice. Average prices for a steakhouse.

Went there last Saturday night, food was excellent but our waiter was rude and lazy at the end he manipulated what I wrote in for the tip for a couple extra bucks beware of the bald white guy with the snippy tone in his voice ?
