My husband and I stopped in here on a whim to grab a bite to eat while we were out shopping in the area. I really try to avoid counter service restaurants as I like to have time to sit and look at the menu. The size of the tacos are decent. Was very disappointed that rice is not offered on the menu. We ordered the #1 Picadillo. I couldn't find any potatoes in the taco at all and the other than being spicy there wasn't a lot of flavor as was the case with the #2 roast pork. The Philly steak taco had way too much nacho cheese- it drowned out all the other flavors. The Chorizo egg and cheese taco was my favorite. My husband really liked the street corn and I thought the guacamole was very good. The margarita was really good too.
Ordered online and came a few minutes after what the online said. It was still going to be a 35 minute wait. I just asked for a refund. They refused and weren't helpful at all. Was told there wasn't a manager. The reason they were going to make me wait that long is because the guy in charge of giving the orders to the correct people did not give the order to the correct people. Luckily I didn't let him push me around and I made him start my order right away.
Place has started to go down hill for the last couple of years. Food is good but the service isn’t. Orders are constantly wrong every time I go lately. I understand training new staff but this is ridiculous. I have to repeatedly ask for the receipt in order to verify my order. I shouldn’t have to do this every time I come to this place. Especially, when I pick it up to take home. I get home and I’m either missing food or I have the wrong food with the right receipt.Oh also, they’ve downsized their chips and salsa/guacamole/queso size but kept the same price.Again food is great but I can’t deal with the service anymore.
Some short receding hair older guy ( I'm only assuming a manager) was very rude and disrespectful. Our party of 8 Co workers got up to leave and he told us to just leave and take our conversations outside. For what reason I have no idea. We go here once a month as a group. The place was not packed by any means nor that busy. Great food, rude and disrespectful manager. Smh
Some of the best tacos we've had in Nebraska! Lots of options for everyone! Friendly service and it's never super crowded. The dynamite shrimp tacos are my favorite while my husband enjoys the brisket tacos. The queso is a must!
We eat here or get takeout almost weekly. It's always consistently delicious. I love how you can customize your order for exactly what you want or need. I follow a fairly strict nutrition plan and can always find something that fits within that pla.
One of my favorite taco places in The Big O. Delicious tacos, fast, and friendly staff. Thanks.
Quick, good price, delicious....usually I'm happy with 2 out of 3 but this placed nailed all 3. Easy 5 star all day. Get the Rusty Taco. (also excellent customer service, clean, modern etc).-Self Proclaimed Taco Extraordinaire
If you like street tacos and queso, this place does BOTH right. Their Green Street Taco is listed as Omaha's favorite and I can see why. Definitely my favorite now!
The margarita was great! Awesome flavors. The rest of the food/experience wasn’t as great. The street tacos are pretty small and were not hot when we grabbed them from the counter to eat them. The shrimp tacos were the best flavor-wise.We sat outside and there were bees that came over to us so we had to move inside. Luckily it wasn’t packed inside.
