Great fries , food is good . Not what it was when I was a kid but still good
First time here and what an interesting food. I had minimal interaction with the staff so I can’t comment there. But food quality was so so. Not great but not bad. Somewhere in between.
The burgers are easily the best in the sphere of fast food, knocking on restaurant quality's door, with a sledge. If the parking and drive thru situation wasn't as irritating, I would give Runza a perfect score for the price and quality of experience. However I'll definitely sacrifice convenience to indulge in infinitely better food than what you get at BK or McPlastic.
Fast and fresh food. The kids working the drive through carelessly smashed my food in the bag so my runza and burger were a bit squished. Tasted great though.
Always delicious. Every time I visit the area, I must stop by Runza and get myself a combo.
First time in Omaha and wanted to try their Chilli and cinnamon rolls. Bummer! Appears it’s seasonal from October to March (when you need the most!)I placed the order for the original Runza sandwich (also called as Bierocks) to goAnd was amazed to get it within seconds. Super fast service.I think the bread ? wrap around the meat is super fresh and hot which makes it tastier. Glad I ate that warm.If you like onion and cabbage in sandwich then you should definitely try it out.
The cheese runza seemed old and cheese not melted properly
I was not impressed by the Runza it was edible but not enjoyable. The meat is minced and that combined with the cheese and bread it was not very good.
I love me a Runza, a Nebraska treat! My favorite is the cheese Runza combo with a diet drink and onion rings.
I was born in New England so I had never experienced something like this before. The Runza itself was fantastic. What's keeping me from a 5 star is the onion rings and fries. This is a fast food restaurant and I get the impression that they care about their customers and their food. However the sides we got were just okay (not bad but not great).
