The place looked nice and clean. But The sesame chicken tasted like it was made for the trash.. I'm not picky and will eat anything even if it's gross. I couldn't even try. Not only did the meat taste like it was rancid it was also soggy and the sauce tasted like chemicals and plastic. The wontons were burnt and hard as a rock but doughy and empty inside... was pretty devastating as I was starving and excited to have some Chinese food.

Always come here for great food, friendly service, and low prices!!!

Tiny place. Great for takeout. Their time estimate was spot on and the food was awesome. Will be back!

Very friendly, reasonably priced, generous portions and I love that they have so many vegan options!! ?

The best Chinese spot in Omaha! Top notch entrees, egg rolls, crab rangoon, and sauces. You get a lot of food for what you pay for.

1st time at this restaurant. Was very impressed with the food and service ! Good amount of food for the money.

I've been a regular since Rose Garden opened and always enjoyed the wonderful food and owners! Since they changed hands, the food quality and customer service have been discarded. For example I ordered, one of my favorite meals there, Generals Chicken. When I got home and opened the to go box, I found sweet and sour chicken with teriyaki sauce poured over it to change the color of the sweet and sour sauce. They didn't even try to disguise it by adding the peppers. I called immediately and asked if they changed their recipe and they said no. I described what I received and how it differed from what I ordered and asked what they suggested. The manager said "We don't replace meals once delivered and for me to try again soon and hope for better luck." That was the last time I'll ever step foot in their door!

My first time there was great service and food was great. Next time might dine in to get that experience

Tried Rose Garden for the first time today and I was pleasantly impressed to find another option for good Chinese food closer to us. While they do not have my favorite, Mei Fun, the offerings we tried, Garlic Chicken and Sesame Chicken, both served with Hot & Sour Soup were flavorful and excellently prepared. The family size Sesame was probably plenty of food for the three of us after the soups and the fried dumplings. The crab rangoon looked good, but I’ve never enjoyed them, so they may see if we can substitute next time. Regardless, I think we will return.

The food was very gross and it made me sick. I would steer clear of this place.
