The staff are incredibly lazy they have bad attitudes, EVERY TIME I try to order. I was rejected one day for attempting to order at 10:15 when they close at 11:00 I live 5 minutes away and requested a pickup order. And I was hung up on twice on two other occasions when requesting assistance with the menu. That’s my 3 experiences with Red Robin and they will be my absolute LAST! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WERE! My family and I sure will!

We visited the location on Maple and will ALWAYS come back. My son is Type 1 Diabetic and he wanted to go the Red Robin for his 1 year "Diaversary". Jason and the staff here went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of, even though the restaurant was packed. Thank you so much Red Robin. The food is just as amazing as the staff.

The service suffers from too many new employees, but the food is pretty good, particularly if they manage to bring hot fries! I do like the burger selection, but I would like more fish selections. Try the Banzai, it's very tasty.

Probably one of the worst visits we have ever encountered. Completely understand being short staffed and longer wait times on food. What we don't understand is why their cooks were straight awful to the customers and staff. We were told that the cooks were too lazy to cook more bacon for my husbands burger and just put the scraps on. Then while my husband was eating, the plate of bacon that was brought out later was taken away before he was even finished with his meal. The burgers were burnt and over cooked, and the egg was like rubber. And for $13 a burger, this is just not ok. The manager was super nice about the situation but all he did was say I'll talk to my cooks "again." Our server also said that the cooks have been an issue and their behavior is affecting their work and their income. You guys need to fix your behavior before you lose all customers. It was my husband's first time and he said its our last.

We have had both good and bad experiences at Red Robin in the past but let me just say... Wow. Despite being very clearly understaffed, our waitress was incredible and I was shocked at how fast we got our food. It was delicious and just an awesome experience. Kudos to this team!

Used to frequent this place a lot, but the service has gone down hill. The last time we were there, we were seated and ignored for 20-minutes. When we politely asked one of the workers if a waitress would be by soon (to make sure they knew we were there), said waitress finally stopped briefly to rudely say, "It's gonna be a while." Not even a "hello," first. We waited a few more minutes before cutting our losses and heading elsewhere.

Good Red Robin food if you are a fan of that... Which we are. Everything was fresh, had a slight mix up but server and manager noticed and made up for it.

I ordered grubhub for your restaurant for my mom today. We ordered fish and chips (steak fries) with pretzel bites. We have not had a problem with the order before today. When my mom got her fish, they were soggy, a lot smaller pieces then previous times before, and the fries were hard. Very unsatisfactory on food! When she had ordered the fish and chips before, the size was pretty big and these were very small.

UPDATE /03/08/2022Tristan the manager contacted me and so did guest services. They were very prompt about acknowledging it.I’m just hoping there’s something done about it with that server at least. We will see. Customer service was nice.Visit occurred 03-07-2022 and 1pm. So I went back after receiving excellent customer service last time. ( 3 months ago )Well the waitress was nice I guess. I asked for a margarita, she said they can’t make anything with margarita mix I asked for a Long Island they said can’t make it bc they don’t have Long Island mix and the Long Island had margarita mix in it. I call b******. Anyways, I ask for a shot at the end and my check and said they don’t have any shots. ? as I’m looking at a FULL BAR WITH FULL LIQUOR BOTTLES. I am not coming back again. I can not believe I went through this in real life.

Went for lunch, no wait so we got right in. Waitress was pretty quick so or order was placed. We shared a burger so they halved it in half and have it own basket. The burger was cooked as requested. Had the bonsai burger. Pineapple and teriyaki sauce... So delicious. Would definitely go back.
