It is fun to watch the mixologists climb the latter and create intricate cocktails. The mixologists are all great here! Jeremy is quite the character! No matter who helps you, it is always such great service.They have large round booths so you can bring a bigger group or take a date and enjoy a cozy evening. From the outside it is so unassuming but once you’re inside the atmosphere is so cool, classy and energetic. We went out to a bar called Proof in Omaha for a friend’s birthday. There’s a huge selection of scotch to choose from and there mixed drinks are tasty and they have a good beer menu as well. I had the house Old Fashion for $5. It was not bad but also not the best I’ve had. I would probably order a different one the next time just to see the difference but I’d still order this one. They have a very small selection of food to choose from as it is not a restaurant but an actual bar. The music was fun and sounded like you were in a Speak Easy. The bartenders were dressed up in suit vests which made the feel of the bar even more like something from the roaring 20s. They were polite and attentive. Even the owner visited our table and was sociable with us. This was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely go back.
Been here a couple of times and have to say, with every visit, I'm even more surprised by the staff. Jeremy is hands down the best mixologist I have ever come across. He truly knows what he is doing and you can tell takes pride in his knowledge of taste, aromatics, customer interaction, and the list goes on. Extremely stylish man with superb people skills. Went out for a date last night and I, myself, have not had any alcohol going on 3 months; Jeremy whipped up the most delicious virgin drink on the spot! "The Sassy Granny". True genius. I'm in love with this place. If you like incredibly flavorful, boozy drinks, THIS is your place! We tried several of the "house" cocktails on the menu and we were blown away by them all. (And between me and my friend, we tried several of the drinks) also liked their hummus and spinach dip apps to munch on. The atmosphere and the ambience of the place was awesome too! Can't wait to come back!! Also shout-out to the bartender Jackie for being awesome and making our drinks with perfection. Worth every penny! ❤️❤️❤️
Drinks are great liquor selection is amazing. Service is not what it used to be. Wasn’t a busy night and they still pretty much ignored our table.

Sweet atmosphere!! Would never guess by the outside but very classy on the inside. Ambiance was perfect- set with Edison bulbs, candles and big band music in the background not to mention great drinks! The bartender, Jeremy, was also super fun/interesting! Def gonna start to frequent this place.Just side note: slightly higher prices drinks but in my opinion totally worth it.
Excellent whiskey collection at reasonable prices. Kick the bottle, take it home. The bartender knew there whiskey and made good recommendations.
My husband and father went here. The waiter came out and gave them a menu. They waited 10-15 minutes for the waiter to come back. They said he walked by them several times, but never came back. They said they were not busy, 2 other people there. They were very disappointed.
