Very good food however the sandwich maker was one of the slowest employees I have ever seen in my entire life
Ordered from door dash around 3PM to 5PM. Everything looked alright ate one sandwhich half. About 5-6 hours I’m Throwing up constantly. I think the Douglas County Health Dept needs to pay them a visit. They gave me food poisoning. Wear Gloves , Wash your hands and make sure your ingredients aren’t spoiled. This is my 3rd time ordering from then and I Def won’t be doing it again.
The staff at Potbelly did an amazing job at handling a rather large order. We submitted an order for 18 individuals without much notice and staff took the orders over the phone. The staff member who took the orders did a phenomenal job at clarifying the order and making it easy to keep track of the total. The food came within about an hour and every order was complete. There was nothing missing or wrong! We order from various places quite a bit and usually something is missed. On top of that the food was delicious. I will be back again! Thank you so much!
Cookies were good butThey forgot our pickle, two bags of chips and we ordered 2 brownies and only got 1. So paid for 1 pickle, 2 bags of chips and 1 brownie that we never got.They should really check to make sure they have everything on the order in the bag.
First time for me and my wife. The experience was good. Food was great. Service was okay. Careful ordering the hot peppers. They're hot! Lol!Suitable to a gourmet Jimmy John's.
Not super happy with this location, ordered online and went and picked up, drove back to work (30 Minute lunch) and order was wrong. Took back and told them it was wrong, then I see the guy take a sandwich off the top of the oven stick it in a bag and says my order is ready. Ok so what happened here? did someone get my sandwich and return it because it was not their order? Why was the correct one just sitting there? Needless to say I just threw it away because I did not know what happened to it or who actually touched it.I like the food here, just won't be going back to this one.
Good sandwiches. Enjoyed the online ordering & having it ready when we arrived. Minor issue finding the place, but did.
5 stars for all past experience but today I ordered a veggie sandwich and a broccoli soup and when I got home and checked there was no soup in the bag and the sandwich only had cheese on it. I basically payed $9 for cheese on bread and it was very sad and disappointing. The rest of the food was good though.
First time here. Simple menu and the food was delicious. Great speedy service!
With as manystaff that were standing around, you wouldd think the place would be clean. VERY slow service. Very very slooooooooow. Bathrooms need attention.
