Would not honor an offer that is clearly printed on their menu. A simple override on checkout to honor an advertised item is all it would require, but manager would not do it. What I did order took over 25 minutes to get prepared. 6 to 8 people working and no one seemed too concerned about making several customers wait for extended periods of time . Food preparers without hair nets and several with long hair.A very disappointing experience.
This location has typically had slow service, however the food has always been delicious so it made up for it...until our last couple visits. The last time we had two chicken sandwiches that weren't cooked through so this time I ordered tenders. There was a puddle of grease at the bottom of the box of tenders and all I could taste was grease, two of the buffalo sauces were broke open and spilled all over everything in the bag and our daughters box of fries was spilled into the bottom of the bag (also covered in Buffalo sauce) and she doesn't do spicy. We ordered a sweet tea and got unsweetened tea that tasted like dirt. Not to mention that our order was an online order and the drive thru employee had my husband restate the entire order when he pulled in. What is the point in ordering ahead online if you're just going to have to reorder anyway? They would definitely benefit from retraining and better management and we won't be going back.
They're spicy chicken is the best ever. I love their red beans and rice. I am a good cook and I have tried replicating the recipe and unfortunately have not been able to do so. Oh well, just means I need to go to Popeyes more often

Service was absolutely terrible, I got have a soda with soda pouring out of the top and all around the sides. My food was even worse, looking at the photos my chicken sandwich had almost zero spicey sauce on it and was 40 percent bread. This place has terrible service.
I love this Popeyes, the workers are great, fast food is a difficult job and i respect these people doing their best. Can it be slow sometimes, yes, but that doesn't mean this is a bad store. People are so nice here and I value them very much. Keep doing your best!
I ordered a large red beans n rice and only got a little over half of the container but they didn't charge me a little less on the price. I already waited 30 min to even get my food. Such a disappointing experience and too far to just say remake it. If you on a diet this is the place to go where you will get half food for full price.
This Popeyes is the best hands down. Don't come here that often, but the past 3 or 4 times it's been great. Food is always good and hot, and the staff especially awesome, down to earth, and hard working. I never leave reviews, but these guys are the best.
do not order food from this location. terrible service. go to KFC down the street save yourself disappointment
Seriously ignore you for 5-10 min before they attend to you. Then order at the least will take 10min. Worst service I have seen . This is something I have noticed for a couple years. Just finally decided to do a review. Super ridiculous. Awful service.
