This location on Dodge is terrible all the food I recieved was Old. They didn't forget anything this time because I checked the bag but when I got home everything was old. Chicken tenders were old hard and Cold, the rice in the red beans was severely dried out, the beans we crunchy that further signified that it was old, the biscuits were burnt and I had a family meal of chicken tenders that had 10 pieces in it and they refused to give me more than 2 dipping sauces. I threw everything away and I will never return.... I will rather cook it's a better way 2 spend your money honestly
Very unpleasant and un business like employees arguing about their check and check out so call manager didn't not nothing uncontrol people waiting on there food manager talking I have written him up but still keep on repeating it than the cook wasn't upon the chicken Popeye close to ames one
the food was awesome but the time it took to get it kinda was long it was a weekend but it felt like it could have been faster maybe more younger workers staffed then adult not sure but it was a awhile and I missed a appt due to it
This Popeyes location is the worst I eat Popeyes twice a week and I usually use grubhub but today I went myself. For one they always have only one ordering machine. So, its a 25 min wait. Then they can't even get my order right I asked for a spicy flounder sandwich with easy tartar sauce and what I got was no spicy founder sandwich with heavy tartar sauce. I also asked for blackened ranch dipping sauce NOPE it wasn't there . When I call to tell them about it no one answers the phone and when they do answer the phone it's a quick answer and hang up. I will be reaching out to corporate about this since they can't handle the situation like grown ups. The photo I'm adding is after I wiped all the tartar sauce point out where they added the spicy sauce please.
Please do not come to this restaurant during the night, you have to wait 1 hour for them to serve your order to go
Omg..why? Why does this branch get our order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME??! I wish I could say they got it right in between the last time we went or whatever, but it's wrong EVERY time.. And in trying to be completely fair before I gave such a review of frustration, this time makes it the 6th disappointing visit consecutively....! To top it all off..we had to wait for way past the "10 or so" minutes they told us it was going to be for our chicken..WHICH IS WHAT THEY SELL..ONLY..so forgive me, but THAT is what had me going to give a review. Got home after they tossed our food to us...only one order of naked chicken..thats what we both ordered.
Definitely in need of some repairs. I guess the credit card machine was down so I had to pay with cash. But otherwise always great food
Went here for a Doordash. They hadn’t started either order I needed to pick up till I got there. Then I watched this guy in the picture accidentally hit the girls head in the picture with tongs and continued to pack an order of chicken with it after. They also weren’t wearing gloves and when I first pulled up, the manager was outside smoking a cigarette right in front of the front door. They were so unprofessional. No hair nets, I heard cursing in the back, and I waited a good 5 minutes before the girl even acknowledged me.
This is by far the worst location had to wait in line for an hour for and order they messed up plus they locked the lobby 20 minutes earlier. Most like after i called with a complaint of them missing an item forcing me to wait in line for an hour instead of going in to quickly pick up what they missed.. Their employees plus managers lack initiative. I would be embarrassed to own this location as an owner. And the fact that this location is still in business is a surprise. New employees and managers are definitely in order
Double drive-thru makes for faster service! Efficient!! Didn't have to ask for condiments!! Everything was perfect in bag!! Definitely a wonderful experience!! Thank you
