I got a $45 worth of food items plus a $5 tip on my delivery. I delivered the food two hours prior to close and never received my order that was supposed to be ran by Yazmeen who was my courier but never arrived and had no contact information listed. Tried to call the restaurant but nobody answered and tried to use the automated service line but stated that my order would arrive later than usual even though the restaurant is closed.

I went on Wednesday the 29th of June and ordered.a $44 meal. Waited in the drive through line for 35 minutes. The attendant had my food in a bag ready to go about to hand to me. But said she could only take cash because the register was down. I told her I didn't have cash. She said she was not going to give me the food and had to throw it away. I'll let you decide if that is making it right for the time lost. Customer service in the food business is dead.

Since this was my first time here, I don't know if they were having an off day or if this is the norm. What I experienced was utter dysfunction. All the employees and manager seemed on edge and were very snippy with each other. Lots of arguing and yelling in the dining area and in the kitchen. There was an issue with the nuggets, but no one was told that as they ordered, so a few customers, us included, were waiting upwards of 20 minutes for food. One if our orders came out, but we had to leave before we got the other. If you really need your chicken fix, go to the kfc around the corner and save yourself the frustration.

I was in line for over 20 min on 5/12/22 to get to order and there was a incompet lady who asked to take my order and when placed the special she gave me she was told by a manager it was not availableThen after wasting more time , I was told they were out of what I wanted. Wasted time,gas and left with no food. This place is the absolute worst.

This Popeyes is awful. Been here 5 times in total, every time it’s been bad, but this was awful. The fries weren’t in a holder just thrown in the bag with the fry bag tossed in separate. The spicy chicken sandwich wasn’t put together at all when I opened the sandwich bag. The chicken breast was the size of a quarter. The staff were actively engaged in heated arguments while I was trying to get my food. Not worth trying AT ALL.

TERRIBLE service tonight. Let me tell you why:Spent 30 minutes in line to tell them the name on my to-go order. They averaged about 5 minutes between helping each person.After I told them the name on the order, it was another 25 minute wait time because they were out of spicy chicken and my name wasn’t on the screen.Everyone before and after me (besides one person who was 3 spots ahead of me in line) has left.Asked them about the order. It’s not even on the screen! The girl taking orders left 20 minutes ago and threw the paper to the side. So my food wasn’t even being made at this point.Pretty mad now. Maybe 5 cars in the drive thru and only 2 others inside within the next 15 minutes it took for them to pack my food up. So they were past the dinner rush now. Everything I ordered was already made, they just took 15 minutes to pack it up.I wish I were kidding. I WATCHED them do it. Spicy chicken was long done at this point, all the sides were on the heaters and bread was made over 5 minutes ago. They finally managed to box it (2 of them doing this for 24 pieces of chicken and 5 sides). I asked for honey and ranch. Girl went over to get more honey, comes back and just stops to watch the screen. I’ve been here for OVER a whole HOUR and shes wasting even more of my time doing something else.I got NO apology for the wait, the manager (I believe) just left in the middle of the rush, the only people doing anything was the cooks and guy taking drive thru orders. Everyone else is so busy talking to each other or standing there clueless. The front counter was also not that clean.If you want Popeyes so badly, go to another location. This one will quite literally waste your time.

I have never been to a Popeyes before last night and I was not disappointed. The food was really good, it came out fast, and the service was friendly. My only hang up was that the car in front of mine was yelling at the woman working at the window. I'm unsure why but all I want to say is please be kind to food service workers. Actually just be kind always.And eat at Popeyes ?

Had a delivery driver bring the food, but I know that food is prepared prior to the driver getting there. They charged me for $30 worth of items, but only packed 2. I only ordered 4 things. How the hell does a person miss half of an order. If the items are unavailable for some reason, either don't have them on the menu to order or call the person, or driver or even just a note somewhere that something was not available. Its completely sketchy to do this when they know that refunds are processed through the delivery company.

There was a line of about 12 vehicles in the drive through. I went inside a line of 3 people. They took all priority on the drive thru, after waiting in line for over 20 minutes the person in front of me was starting to order, the drive thru was now clear. POOR customer service!! If the damn chicken sandwich wasn't so good I would never go back.

After spending close to 20 minutes in the drive-thru, I expected my food to be hot and fresh, but it wasn't. Very disappointed. They also didn't have what I want (saying it wouldn't be available until tomorrow), Even though there were posters about it everywhere.
