The food was good except they forgot my sauce. The girl at the window seemed extremely inconvenienced by my existence and was not the least bit friendly. I will never return to this location because of her.
I was terribly disappointed! They didn't give us the right orders. If I had transportation from my hotel, I would have taken the orders back and requested a refund. I ordered a 4-pc chicken wings and fries and got a 2-pc. and rice/gravy. Won't be eating there again.
I want to start off by saying if this company wants a good establishment for good people then they should really have professionals who can really take care of their customers.The people at this one are deffinantly not rude and dont care if you go here becareful they will steal your money i ALMOST paid $35 for a 8 piece chicken tenders and still before i ordered was told there wasnt any chicken left and that there was a huge line behind me i cant believe this i had to drive all the way to the one on L st next to taco johns now the young there was nice and was even transfered from that this one yea i see why but this one should be looking into i dont like this
I went at lunch time and they were busy. The store was immaculately clean. Normally not the case at the majority of Popeyes I’ve been to in the Midwest. The workers were pleasant. Food was fresh quick and accurate. Thanks and keep it up!
My husband went to drive thru. This location have many problems. We used to get fried chicken that crusts are old & customer service was ALWAYSbad. This time he ordered fried chicken & 4 pieces chicken tenders. Well, for once chicken was fresh without chicken tenders. I live in the neighbourhood & I am not a person who goes out of my way to key in bad reviews. I am a bit fed up with wrong orders & old food for $30! We constantly making u-turn because orders were not correct.
The staff here are amazing and super friendly when I got here. Good food and speedy service. Was a really good decision to come here
I placed an order through Uber eats with y'all I spoke to this women over the phone to make sure everything was included in my order and she CLAIMED that everything was included. I get my order and I was missing my second soda, my second fries and my second biscuit that was supposed to be for cousin ???????????? And my food was bad it was greasy and dry my fries were cold and my soda was diluted bad with no taste like it was another customers that decided they didn't want it so y'all gave it to me. Worst experience ever even my biscuit was dried out and was choking me.
Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru the other day for food here. Ordered a chicken sandwich with Mac & cheese as the side and a Strawberry Lemonade. The chicken was completely pink and raw on the inside like it wasn’t all the way. The Mac & cheese looked brown, was seriously bland and ended up having a hair in it. And the lemonade was so sour I couldn’t drink it. Tbh, after waiting 30 minutes in line, it would have been nice if they could have gotten at least ONE thing right. Was very hungry. Got very sick later that night from the little I did try to eat. I understand everyone gets busy and has bad days but this was like the worst fast food experience I think I’ve ever had. And they didn’t even give me my receipt so I could leave a real review with them or complain or ask for a refund or anything. Will not be back. Do not come here unless you want to get sick smh.
I'll start by saying the menu board was not working. Fortunately for me I've ate at Popeyes all across the United States so i already knew what I wanted. I Ordered a 5 piece BLACKENED strip meal. I've ordered it 100 times before, I know exactly what to expect when I order that meal. Usually ....Tonight I got plain naked strips.I took it to the counter and showed them and told them that I ordered Blackened strips and got these instead. They looked at me blankly and then asked what was wrong with them. I explained that my strips were not Blackened. The lady literally looked at me and said "so you want them cooked until they're black?" Good lord. After almost a full minute of explaining to her what "Blackened " meant she finally brought a cook up to talk to me. I explained to him and finally he offered to remake them after admitting he also didn't see an issue with the strips in my box.Staff was not very trained about their menu. We were also served Mac and cheese that was "dead" in restaurant terms. It was not appropriate to be served. Definitely expired. Will never return to this location.Picture #1 is initially what I received. The "Blackened" chicken was literally the color of the fries. 2nd picture is what I received after they begrudgingly made me new chicken.
I love their Chicken. The spicy is super. But it's a long drive thru that generally pushes me else where. So unfortunate.
