Staff was very eager to get us out. It was extremely rude. Our reservation was at 6 and they said we had to be out by 730. Perfectly fine plenty of time. However our entrees came out b4 the appetizers and we had our checks by 645. we left by 7 and before we were even out of the building they were pushing aside us to move chairs from our table. I understand they need to keep the building filled to make themselves look good but it was extremely rude and unprofessional. Do better. Waiter was extremely king tho. Hosts were rude.
Our server was Olivia. Her recommendations for brunch were spot on and the food was great!
Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 pasta dishes. The pizza came out but never got the pasta dishes before we had to leave (1.5 hours later). The manager said that they were backed up due to a party on the balcony.
So, I write this review after having been here both before Covid and after. The confusion in the kitchen was embarrassing. The wait staff was good, she had to continue to make excuses for the lack of a qualified expediter. The kitchen couldn't get the appetizers out at all. We had our dinners well before we received the appetizers. The Pizzas were good, but the rest was just not good at all. Our waitress tried hard, but in the end the kitchen's lack of qualified people hurt the entire meal. We won't be going back.
The table was not fully wiped clean. The pizza came out 10 minutes before the pasta dish which means part of the table is eating while the others are waiting or the pizza is cold if you wait until the others get their food.
Really sad how horrible their food and service was! All the way from the raw Brussel sprout appetizers to my order of a beet salad with chicken that arrived without beets and had Tuna in error. I told the server and he walked away and came back with a side with 3 strips of chicken on a plate, I put the chicken on the salad and he told me to put the tuna on the same plate- oh wow- ok - sooo I did- and he walked it to another diner. Whaaaaaaa- ???? If it werenât so expensive the delivery of screwed up tasteless food was kind of amusing- and the cherry on the top was the Manager offering to buy or drinks (iced teas and tap water- HA). This place was dead at 1 PM on a Saturdayâ for a reason!! Not one of the 6 of us will go back-
We reserved for a party of 2 on a Wednesday at 6pm. It was a dinner with a long time friend before she moved out of state and we had hoped to have a nice catch up and farewell. I had a phone call from Pitch the day of to confirm and also to let me know that we needed to be out of our seats by 7:30 to seat the next party. I had never had a place be so direct about this, but ok. Then upon arrival at the hostess station I was again told my table was needed at 7:30 and they wanted to be sure I still wanted the table. So odd⦠like was the next table a celebrity? As we were being seated I was again reminded we had until 7:30. I asked what was to happen if our food was late and we werenât done at 7:30 and was told âwe can move you and your food to the bar.â !!!!! We were able to have an app, our meal, and two drinks with literally not a moment to spare. There was no offer to give us seats at the bar and continue ordering drinks, so we left and went elsewhere to do that. Overall if I want to have a quick meal, I wonât spend $100 to do it - I will go to a fast food spot. Places like this were designed to gather with friends but they have ruined that experience to churn people out as fast as possible. Guess the $26 pizzas and $14 drinks donât pay the bills when they have a normal dinner service.

Brunch must not be their thing. The real takeaway was the menu has scrambled eggs ONLY. This means they are making eggs in a big pan and then baking them. Ewwwww. Each of our three entres were delivered at separate times. They are cranking out one dish at a time. Fork and napkin on the table. No salt/pepper. No knife. Hard to eat the pork on the (not good) chilaquiles without a knife. Service was perfecto. Atmosphere was great. Choose another brunch spot.
