Food was good but staff was lacking personality. Guess they weren't in the mood to earn their money ???
The crew at Pepper Jax are always on top of their game! Simply the best people and the food is consistently A++. Highly recommended!!!
The employees here are very nice and just all around good people. The food is amazing and there is a very good reason I eat pepperjax after work.
Usually always clean when I go. Food is delicious. Customer service is also usually very good. I haven't had a problem at this one in particular. I like my steak nachos ?
Before I write this review, you got to understand I LOVE PepperJax but it has gotten clear to me this place is not as clean as it appears. I've gotten food poisoning TWICE from this place. First time I thought it had nothing to do with them but now experiencing a second time it's more than clear.In both situations, I've come around lunch time with nothing in my stomach since I'm not a breakfast person. Within 30 minutes to an hour of eating this food I'm going straight to the bathroom agonizing. Accusing a place of food poisoning is serious and have taken consideration if anything from these two days might have made me sick but the only common thing is PepperJax.
Great food. Lowest rung apple juice for the kiddos. Everything else is great.
They have great Cheese steak sandwiches. Or if you prefer rice bowls, salads, French fries and drinks.
Came in for take out and the staff was incredibly friendly. A blonde female was very attentive making sure our meals were to our standards!
Always a great experience. Consistency is key here. Prices have gone up but food is good and employees are better.
